2 Event information The 7 th annual safety conference and 18 th AGM will be held at the Salisbury - YMCA of Hong Kong. The conference will provide an excellent platform for both local and overseas professionals to exchange ideas and share their experiences on the initiatives and efforts for advancing OSH through innovation enhance, collaborate and influence. Event overview Innovation becomes an increasingly important component of workplace safety and it can definitely bring radical change in tackling workplace safety problems. What s in it for you The conference will provide an important forum for the meaningful exchange of good practice and innovative ideas on the initiatives and efforts for advancing OSH, and an excellent opportunity to share ideas, network with colleagues, make new contacts and learn from others in the profession. A CPD Certificate of 3 hours will be issued to each participant who has attended the entire conference. Who should attend The conference will be relevant to executives, professionals and managerial staff, particularly OSH professionals and those responsible for safety and health at work. The fee should be paid via the following means shown in the next page two days after you have received the confirmation that is sent to you upon successful completion of the online registration. For IOSH members, please fill in all information as required during the online registration. For a member of the supporting organisations, the membership number field should be provided with your organisation s abbreviation as a prefix before your membership number during the online registration. For a non-iosh member, the membership number field should be provided with the first four alphanunmeric characters of your Hong Kong Identity Card Number (e.g. A124) during the online registration. IOSH will hold your personal details in its systems to administer this event booking and to tell you about forthcoming events, IOSH services or safety and health information that may be of interest to you.
