1 WHAT: One of Greeley s Signature Gala Events! Top Chef of Northern Colorado combines a friendly competition between the area s top chefs, local celebrity judges, live music, an open bar and silent and live auctions. For our 8th year, Top Chef will head to the Orient at the Double Tree Event Center in Downtown Greeley. Chefs will compete for a variety of awards including best use of secret ingredient and best dessert. DATE & TIME: April 21, 2018; 5:00 to 10:00 pm AUDIENCE: Over 500 influential business professionals, culinary enthusiasts, community leaders and philanthropic donors who believe we must stand together against child abuse. Our participants range in age mostly between 35 and 55. Although they enjoy fine food and an elegant evening out, they are all community members who dine, shop and live in the Greeley and surrounding areas. 4 WHAT: In its 6 th year, the Superhero Run has become one of Greeley s best running s. For the past 2 years, we had over 400 participants running or walking in our 3 races - 5K, 1 Mile and free Kid s Fun Run with many more at our carnival. We not only provide a top notch run for running enthusiasts, but we also provided a fun community with most of our participants coming in superhero themed outfits. DATE/TIME & LOCATION: September 8, :30 am to 11 am St. Michael s Town Square, th Ave., Greeley, CO I've run a lot of 5ks and that was one of the best that I've ever done! Every detail from the course, the volunteers, the food, the carnival, and the Batmobile really made for a wonderful time for a fantastic cause. ~ Becky L., Past Participant AUDIENCE: We expect over 400 participants again this year. This is a family-friendly that attracts serious runners, families and everyone in between. Our participants last year ranged in age from 0 to 89, with the median age around 27. We had 61% female runners versus 39% male. Over half of our participants dressed in some sort of superhero apparel. We draw people from all over Northern Colorado. Our participants are fun loving people with interests in health & fitness, children and family activities. They are all community members who dine, shop and live in the Greeley and surrounding areas. MEDIA EXPOSURE: We have 1000 Facebook Fans and an list of over 1000 people. We place a minimum of 3 ads local publications. We circulate 500 printed brochures and we display posters and flyers prominently around the Greeley area.
