2 With hundreds of exhibitors, and the show growing year on year, sponsorship provides a great means of standing out from the crowd onsite, and demonstrating your position as a market leader and innovator. 2 We have a number of generic sponsorship packages, but we can work with you to develop a package that is bespoke to your company and your objectives whether it is visibility, brand positioning, data build or simply getting something into the hands of every visitor, we can build a platform to suit you and your budget. 3 PREMIUM PARTNER SPONSOR 3 If you want to position your company as the market leader and gain mass branding and visibility across every aspect of the show marketing campaign, and across the show on the day, the package provides it all; from key sponsor branding on marketing collateral, online and via s, branded registration and signage throughout the show, to post-show promotion and full data of our visitors. Pre-show promotion: Headline logo across the full marketing campaign your logo will be positioned in the show banner as the Platinum Partner including: All adverts, spanning the full packaging and print industry press in the UK, and core titles across Europe, plus key vertical industry press Show brochures distributed to potential exhibitors by post and Pre-show registration tickets sent direct to key industry decision-makers and buyers (distribution in excess of 20,000) Inserts in key industry press (distribution in excess of 100,000) All campaign s (logo positioning will be in the header) approx. 15 s sent to internal database of over 80,000 fresh and relevant industry contacts; plus full campaign of s to third party databases Full branding across the show website including: Platinum Partner logo positioning in the top section of every page of the show website, highlighting your company throughout the year to every potential visitor to the show Dedicated page on the website as Platinum Partner, to include images and text as supplied by the client Inclusion in PR campaign as Platinum Partner; including mention in all press releases and show previews and reviews Access to PR facility to push key news and messages in connection with the show to the media Access to the Online365 Premium package includes unlimited product presence, online matchmaking, logo visibility on a pre-show and post-show sent by Easyfairs to prospects and pre-registered visitors Opportunity to place a flyer in the badge mailing (sent to 6,000 contacts) Opportunity to send a dedicated to the Easyfairs packaging database of over 80,000 contacts to promote presence at the Packaging Innovations London show Pre-show promotion as registration sponsor, as outlined on page 6, including headline branding on registration pages, and logo and message on registration confirmation s Onsite visibility: 24m2 aisle stand with premium shell scheme, fully furnished Full registration package, as outlined on page 5, to include branding of registration area and staff, and promotional staff to hand out client s literature Headline branding across all signage, for example You Are Here boards Dedicated signage around the show promoting positioning as Platinum Partner Opportunity to include a Premium Partner personalised message in the show guide, distributed to all visitors at the show, inserted into Packaging News in advance of the exhibition, and also sent to Easyfairs and Packaging News full databases before the event Post-show promotion: to all show visitors sent by Easyfairs with a Platinum Partner sponsor message Data build: Full data of all attendees to the show (excluding third party opt-outs) for use for 12 months from the date of receiving the data (data will be seeded) Opportunity to run competitions for business card collection at registration and show feature areas as agreed with Easyfairs

4 SPONSORSHIP 4 All visitors have access to the dedicated Lounges. The sponsor company will have sole distribution of company literature in the Lounges and you will receive sponsor status, which will be broadcast across our whole marketing campaign. This will include your company logo and name on all tickets, s, website and onsite. 5 REGISTRATION 5 Every visitor and exhibitor walks through registration at least twice. With over 3,500 visitors to the show in 2014, you could brand and personalise the reception area to promote your company to industry professionals from the beginning of the event Pre-show promotion: Footer banner on all registration pages for Packaging Innovations & London for pre-registrations via the website before the show (client to provide artwork for banner) Logo and sponsor message on all registration confirmation s Onsite visibility & presence: Logo on header of registration page on computers for onsite registrations at the show Logo and stand number on signage, directional boards and registration desks (at registration only) this will include branding the registration desks as well as directional signage Promotional staff at each entrance (2 in total, supplied by Easyfairs) to hand out client s literature; these can be branded with your company T-shirts Plasma at registration to show slideshow or video of client s choice Opportunity to place pop-up banners at registration (maximum 2 per entrance; 4 in total) Opportunity to distribute literature at registration Opportunity to provide branded T-shirts for registration staff to wear Opportunity to provide lanyards for each visitor at the show Opportunity to place an insert in bags (All additional items such as lanyards, T-shirts, pop-ups, literature, inserts, etc, to be provided by client) REGISTRATION DATA UPGRADE You can supplement the registration package above by adding data build: Full access to all registration data(including pre-registration non-attenders, but excluding third party opt-outs) for use for 4 months from the date of receiving the data (data will be seeded) Question on the registration form asking registrants if they would like to receive information from your company; all opt-ins will be provided to you for unrestricted use after the show NB. This option is only if taken in conjunction with the full registration package above; it is not available as a separate package.

6 LEARNSHOPS PROGRAMME 6 The are the main visitor feature at each of our shows and are well attended and respected by our attendees. You can sponsor the seminar programme in the three dedicated theatres, each of which feature an average of four sessions a day. Pre-show promotion: Positioning as sponsor, including logo as sponsor on all relevant marketing material: page of pre-show registration tickets sent direct to key industry decision-makers and buyers (distribution in excess of 20,000) Front page of inserts in key industry press (distribution in excess of 60,000) All s regarding the (logo positioning will be towards the top of the ) to Easyfairs database of packaging contacts, and all major show partners and media databases On pages on show websites Mentions in press releases and show previews in industry media where are mentioned Onsite visibility: Logo visibility on onsite floorplan signage and in Show Guide Full branding of the three theatres, including logo and stand number on build of the theatres Logo on timetable signage on three theatres Logo on general show signage where relevant with positioning as sponsor Opportunity to distribute literature in, on seats and in literature racks around the three theatres Data build: Twelve months access to data for visitors who have opted-in to receive information from third-party organisations (data will be seeded)

7 LUXURY PACKAGING CONFERENCE 7 The launch of the in 2014 has been phenomenally successful, with speakers from companies such as Harrods, Diageo, Godiva Chocolatier and many more, and delegates from companies including Faberge, De Beers and Bang & Olufsen; it has already become the unique event for thought leadership in the luxury brand market. Aligning your company with this prestigious programme will position your brand as the premier luxury packaging company. 8 NETWORKING SPONSORSHIP 8 is an essential part to Packaging Innovations and London. It is a perfect chance to get your brand in front of industry professions and key buyers. CHAMPAGNE HOUR 5,000 During both days of the show we will be hosting a champagne hour for all visitors. The champagne hour offers a more sophisticated sponsorship opportunity. 9 PRODUCT & FLYERS 8 SPONSORSHIP Promotional products and collateral are some of the most impressionable sponsorship options available. Improve your brand awareness by sponsoring one of our show items SHOW LANYARDS Each visitor will be walking around the exhibition with a lanyard, and it provides a highly visible opportunity to promote your company logo during and after the event. (Client provides 4,000 lanyards) VISITOR SHOW BAGS During the show, industry specific magazines and exhibitor literature is handed out, as well as free exhibitor give-aways. By supplying your own branded gift bags, you can promote your company long after the event. (Client provides 4,000 bags) SHOW FLYER HAND-OUTS We have dedicated staff members walking around the show all day long each day who will hand out your leaflets, flyers or additional promotion items to attract visitors to your stand. (Limited to three companies) SHOW BAGS INSERTS Provide an insert to be put into all gift bags that are distributed at the entrance. There is potential for your company/product to reach over 4,000 visitors. (Limited to five companies)
