10 BOOKINGS AND INFORMATION JESSICA LUPTON Advertising Sales Account Manager T: F: E: Cancellation deadline Three weeks prior to upload/lodgement date Artwork deadline One week prior to upload/lodgement date Terms and conditions In the event that either the cancellation deadline or the material deadline is not met, the Law Society reserves the right to invoice the client for the total amount due in respect of the advertisement, as if it had been included as intended by the parties. The Law Society also reserves the right to use previous material if the material is not supplied by the deadline (and this will not affect the Law Society s right to invoice the client for the proposed advertisement). For established clients accounts are payable 30 days nett. Quantity discounts apply to space used within the contract period specified on the client booking form. When insufficient space is used to warrant a discount, a surcharge will be made at the applicable rate at the end of the contract period. All advertising material is subject to the approval of the publisher, who reserves the right to decline the insertion of any material: LSNSW will not accept advertising that is contrary its Vision, Mission or Strategic Plan. LSNSW may not accept advertising for products or services that are in competition with LSNSW s own products and services nor advertising for products or services that are in competition with products or services provided by its members and/or commercial partners. All advertising must be consistent with the look and feel of LSNSW s communications in terms of layout and content. LSNSW will have absolute discretion in approving and placing advertising in its communications. LSNSW reserves the right in its absolute discretion to discontinue advertising at any time for any reason. It is the advertiser s responsibility to ensure that its advertising complies with all relevant laws, regulations and codes. The advertiser acknowledges that it is an independent supplier to its customers and any customer dissatisfaction with its business, products or services is the responsibility of the advertiser. LSNSW has no responsibility in relation to any such arrangements. The advertiser must not in any way represent that LSNSW endorses the advertiser s business, products or services including, without limitation, mention that their advertising has featured in an LSNSW communication without express written authorisation from LSNSW. No responsibility can be accepted for any loss arising from failure of all or part of an advertisement to appear or for any error in an advertisement. Advertising rates are subject to variation at one month s notice. Rate protection is given for series bookings which are in effect when rates are increased.
