On Sunday, June 5, we will recognize companies and agencies that have demonstrated a continued commitment to making our industry increasingly diverse and reflective of the many vibrant communities within our society during the Mosaic Awards & Dinner. The next day, AAF will present the Mosaic Keynote during ADMERICA s National Student Advertising Competition Luncheon and the Mosaic Learning Lab on Monday, June 6. This year will also mark the debut of the Mosaic Media Image Award. This award will recognize scripted, unscripted, documentary or live show content disseminated via broadcast television, cable or online channels that positively portray a broad, realistic spectrum of multicultural life, that assist in increasing viewer s perceptions and understanding of multicultural communities. The AAF will shine a spotlight on game-changing content that made a splash in 2015! AAF must receive this completed form in order to reserve a sponsorship and full payment is due upon acceptance of the sponsorship by AAF. CANCELLATION POLICY: Sponsorships and program ads are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Tables and Tickets are refundable, less a $250 fee, if a written request for refund is received by the AAF not less than 30 days prior to the beginning of the event. Refunds will be made by the same payment method that was used to pay AAF. PLEASE NOTE: The AAF is a 501(c)6 organization; therefore, a payment to the AAF does not qualify as a charitable contribution. Your tax professional can advise if the payment is deductible as a business expense.
