2 2016 OCEAN SCIENCES FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES With more than 4,000 expected attendees, the 2016 Ocean Sciences Meeting will be one of the most targeted meetings covering topics in all areas of the ocean sciences disciplines. The meeting will be hosted jointly by: the American Geophysical Union (AGU), Association for the Sciences of Limnology and Oceanography (ASLO), and The Oceanography Society (TOS). 7 ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS SPONSOR RECOGNITION Two versions of all sponsor logos must be submitted: JPEG version (min. size 250 x 250 pixels) EPS Vector high-resolution version SIGNAGE REQUIREMENTS Artwork must be submitted as a single final artwork file. Resolution 300 dpi or higher Acceptable art file formats are: Press Ready PDF and EPS Vector files PROGRAM BOOK ADVERTISING REQUIREMENTS Advertising space reservations are due 3 January All artwork submitted for print in the Program Book is due by 3 January Artwork files must be sized exactly to the size specifications with no added white space, crop marks, or printer marks on the ad or around the ad. Resolution 300 dpi or higher Color ads must be in CMYK color mode Acceptable art file formats are: Press Ready PDF, TIFF for PC, and Illustrator EPS for PC (with embedded or outlined fonts) WEBSITE ADVERTISING REQUIREMENTS All artwork submitted for the Ocean Sciences Meeting website is due 3 business days before advertising is due to go live.
