1 SPWLA TH Annual Symposium June Sponsorship Opportunities

2 Welcome to The Woodlands, TX The Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analysts (SPWLA) International Board of Directors has selected the Houston Chapter to host the 60th Annual Symposium June 15-19, 2019 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center located on Lake Robbins Drive. Over the last 60 years, the SPWLA has played a major global role in strengthening petrophysical education and strives to increase the awareness of the role petrophysics has in the oil and gas industry and the scientific community. This symposium offers a great platform for participants to interact with peer experts through technical programs, continuing education workshops, field trip, special meetings, business lunches as well as exhibitions of state of the art technology in the oil and gas industry. The Woodlands is a lovely suburb, approximately 20 miles northwest of Houston, and is home to many restaurants, retail and boutique shops, and numerous activities located a short walking distance from the hotel. With 110 forested parks and 165 miles of hike and bike trails nearby, you can bike, walk, run, or just go for a leisurely stroll.
