10 SEMINAR ROOM SPONSORSHIP Brand yourself with the popular educational seminars! $750 4 x 8 Banner in Seminar Room for Friday & Saturday of the event (excludes concerts at night). AXPONA produces the banner with sponsor logo. Sponsor has the ability to place promotional items (i.e. empty branded water bottles) on chairs for one session each day. 11 ELEVATOR AREA FLOOR STICKER EXCLUSIVE FOR YOUR FLOOR $995 Welcome attendees to your room with a customized message! A floor sticker is placed outside the elevators on your listening room floor. Available on the 2 nd, 3 rd, 4 th, 5 th, 6 th & 12 th floors. AXPONA will print the floor sticker (3 x4 ). Sponsor provides the artwork.

Bring it to AXPONA and we will place it in a high traffic area. $500 Sponsor provides a sign like a popup banner to be place in a prominent area. Show Management determines the exact location and places the sign. Show Management approves the sign beforehand.

13 SHOW DIRECTORY BELLY BAND Grab the attention of thousands of attendees as they arrive at AXPONA! $3,500 AXPONA will create a 1.5 inch belly band with your logo and message that will wrap around each event guide. Belly band may include your logo and room number. Logo on website and show directory sponsors page.

14 AUDIO ADVENTURE SCAVENGER HUNT Be one of the top 20 exhibits attendees will see! Attendees will visit every exhibit listed on the hunt and receive a stamp. All exhibits on the guide must be visited for a contest entrant to be eligible. $500 Logo and location on scavenger hunt guide. Logo and location on Scavenger Hunt banner at AXPONA Logo included with Scavenger Hunt on AXPONA special events page.

15 ATTENDEE BAG INSERT $500 Insert a promotional item or giveaway or a piece of literature into the attendee bags. Attendee bags are given out near registration. Bags are sponsored by Morrow Audio

16 WRIST BAND SPONSOR $2,500 1-Color logo on wrist bands given out to attendees for entry to all three days of the show. Wrist band provided by AXPONA. Logo and link included on sponsor page of Show Directory and website.

19 ATTENDEE REGISTRATION PAGE & TICKET SPONSOR $3,500 Have your message, graphic, and logo on the ticket all buyers receive and bring to the show for admission! 24 AXPONA GOLD LOUNGE SPONSORSHIP Sponsor the lounge where all attendees with the Gold Pass will relax, get refreshments, or use as a meeting point. $500 As the sponsor, you can use this a branding opportunity or an extension of your exhibit space by providing signage. Logo on the Gold Lounge Sign and in the event details sent to all Gold Pass Holders. Sponsor may provide promotional items or gift for Gold Pass holders.(i.e. water bottles). Promotional item provided by sponsor. Sponsor may have a mixer event inside the Lounge, time to be approved by AXPONA.

Logo on the Press Sign and in the event details sent to all media pass holders prior to the event. Sponsor may provide promotional items or gift for media pass holders.(i.e. water bottles).
