2 About Us The Maryland Land Title Association exists to promote professionalism and communication throughout the real estate title industry. This mission includes promoting standards and regulations that increase the effectiveness of the industry through legislative initiatives and educational programs. To that end, we offer education, networking, and advocacy opportunities for land title professionals in Maryland. We represent over 200 member companies throughout the state of Maryland. The Maryland Land Title Association Fall Convention is a spectacular event offering education, networking, and an industry-wide exchange of ideas to Maryland s land title professionals.
