This can range from snack trays (approximately $100), sandwich trays (approximately $600) to hot buffet lunches ($1,000+). Sponsors are also able to cap the number of attendees to match an available budget. Venue includes providing the room, tables, chairs, and audio visual (screen, projector, laptop, microphones if required, and associated cables). Rooms can be as small as 20 people up to 150 depending on the location. Note: Luncheons are currently free for members to attend and $25 for non-members to attend. This $25 charge is to help cover the costs associated with creating, running and maintaining our community events, not direct event related costs which are covered through sponsorships. 3
