3 Pre-Exhibition Value-added Items Release Cycle: Before Nov Official WeChat Platform Promotion WeChat is now considered as the new media platform for branding and promoting. Rail+Metro China s WeChat (ID: RailMetroChina) was established in 2013, through providing professional industry news feed and services, the account has attracted over 20,000 followers, and with 5% average growth rate monthly. The messaging frequency is 2 times a week. Advertisement: Send out your company/product information through our platform twice a month, and place your company s ads. banner (or logo)under the article at the same time.(the articles and relevant images should be provided by the sponsor). Price: US$480/time Issue time: every Friday (sponsors should provide all the materials before the issue date). 2. Direct Marketing (EDM) EDMs will be sent out at least twice a month, the content is focusing on industry trend, product information and dynamic news of the exhibition. The e-newsletters will be delivered to potential visitors on the basis of over 50,000 addresses database. You can promote your product through this platform. Price: US$650/time Issue time: every Monday (sponsors should provide all the materials before the issue date). 3. <Exhibition Preview> Advertisement The <Exhibition Preview> will contain highlights of conferences and exhibits, and then mail them out 1-2 months before the exhibition to invite the industry s top elites. Sponsors can put the company s logo together with the organizer s logo on the <Exhibition Preview> as the jointly invitation. Advertisement: 1 color page ads.; 1 paragraph of no more than 300 words introduction along with 3 images of your products/company. Invitation cards will be delivered by direct mail and also enclosed in industrial media publications and handouts, in order to ensure the invitations will be sent to all industry specialists. Print run: 50,000 copies Price: US$800/10,000 copies Delivery time: August-October SMS Platform Promotion SMS has features of timeliness, high open rate and has no limitation on daily messaging frequency. Rail+Metro China/Tunnel China have collected over 200,000 valid cell phone numbers, and we have a strong background support system to manage these data and send periodic messages. Price:US$800/ 10,000 data in each message ( characters including punctuations) The sending time will be assigned by the sponsor. Please provide the draft text as required (must be in accordance with the provisions of the country). 6.Pre-Exhibition News Briefing 1. Media Partners (30) Short news of your products and activities will be published through our selected media partners (the text should be no more than 150 characters). Price: US$ 1,600/1 issue/2 media partners (according to different medias, the price could be negotiable) 2. Mass Media and Cross-Industry Media, e.g.: Mass media and cross-industry media such as <Shanghai Morning Post> and <The Age>. According to different media forms, advertorials or direct advertisement will be released through 2 of the selected media partners 1 week before the exhibition. PR Newswire advertorial publishing will cover the entire network stream (include feedback reports). Price: US$ 9,550/issue 7.Advertisement Enclosed in Newspapers The advertisement flyers can be enclosed in Shanghai newspapers such as <Jiefang daily>, <Shanghai Morning Post> etc. It needs more further consulting if you want to cooperate with the main newspapers other than Shanghai, such as in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, etc. Size/Format: A4 210mm*285mm (W*H) Color page Qty/Time: 200,000 enclosed ads/ select 2 major newspapers (sending out to the key regions 1 week before the exhibition). Size: A4 (brochures/flyers should be provided the sponsors) Price: US$800 for 30,000 bags 6.Billboard outside the Entrance Hall (No. 2 Entrance) Outside billboard will be placed outside the No. 2 Entrance Hall (close to Metro Line 7 Huamu Road Station Exit 1 and Pudong Kerry Mall), which is a good opportunity to show your company image to all the visitors who are passing by. Limited quantity, first come, first served. Position: Outside the No. 2 Entrance Hall Size A: 5m 4m(H W) US$2,400 (including production costs and service fee; designs should be provided by the sponsor) Size B: 5m 8m(H W) US$4,000 (including production costs and service fee; designs should be provided by the sponsor) 7.Billboard in the corridor connecting the Entrance Hall No. 2 and the Hall N1 The billboard will be placed at the corridor between the No. 2 Entrance Hall and Hall N1, which every registered visitors and exhibitors will pass before they start visiting. Size: 5m*0.7m (W*H) (Double side print) Position: Between No.3 Entrance Hall and E7 or/and between E7 and E6 Qty: 10 spots/ corridor Price: US$/3,200 (including production and service fee, and design draft should be provided by company) 9.Ground Guide Advertisement Ground guide will be stick on the hall ground and contain your booth number and company name to guide the visitors. Price: US$800/set (8 pieces/set) 10.Flags hanging in the Main Path of the Exhibition Hall Advertisement flags will be hanged in the main path of the exhibition hall, which will impress visitors deeply. Qty limitation: 10 flags in each hall Size: 3m 6m (W H) (Double side print) Price: US$4,800/ 1 flag (including production fee) 11.Hanging Advertisement in the No.2 Entrance Hall During the exhibition, the trade visitors first need to enter the No.2 Entrance Hall to register. 8 On-site Value-added Items Release Cycle: Nov Media Interviews The industry insight interview from specialized media such as <World Railway>, <Urban Mass Transit>, <High-speed Railway and Rail Transit>, <Today Rail Transit> etc. Form: Onsite video interview Interviewee: Assigned person at the exhibition booth Publish forms: publishing interview videos on websites; composing interview articles and publishing on WeChat platform or/and magazines (different forms will be applied according to different media). Publish time: within 2 months after the exhibition Price: US$320/media (only for the interview) 13.TV Interviews Onsite interview by CBN and the interview will be broadcast in the related programs. Broadcast time: during the exhibition Price: US$8,000/interview 14.SMG Interview The interview will be carried out at the SMG station before the exhibition opens, which will be broadcast in the related program. Company qualification: Listed companies will be preferred. The company should enjoy high reputation in the industry or/and own a valuable brand.
