Main Conference Banners VAT Sponsor the main conference banners hanging in the exhibition halls directing delegates to more exhibition stands and attractions. 3 Branded Seaside Rock vat Logo branding on rock sticks given to all registering delegates Attendance List VAT Your organisations logo will appear on the attendees list (qty 600) that goes into every delegate pack at the conference which is given to all attendees. Black and white full page advert in the attendance list Exhibitor List VAT Your organisations logo will appear on the exhibitor list (qty 650) that goes into every delegate pack at the conference which is given to all attendees (to be provided by yourselves) NB: The printing and design costs of the list are to be covered by the sponsor Delegate Notepads VAT Organisation logo and contact address printed in full colour on all the notepads included within the delegate packs (CIH to provide the notepads) Delegate Pens VAT Pens inserted into all delegate bags 100 word biography. logo and contact details inserted into the conference handbook Conference Highlights Newsletters VAT Starting on 2 nd April, each day we will have a newsletter ed to all attendees to give an update on what has happened so far at the conference to include: Branding at the top of the newsletter with link to your organisation You have the opportunity to have an editorial feature per day in the newsletter which will be ed out to all delegates each day who attend the conference Link to newsletter will be sent to all CIH twitter followers, approximately word biography. logo and contact details inserted into the conference handbook

4 Conference Programme VAT Sponsor the giant programmes displayed around the exhibition hall. Logo branding on all stand up conference programmes throughout the exhibition areas Promotional weekly Newsletter VAT Starting 8 weeks before the conference we will have a weekly newsletter sent to all contacts in the South West region on our database advertising the sessions and speakers confirmed for the conference and also include exhibition news and information about the evening activities taking place during the conference. Don t miss out on the chance to promote your brand to over 5000 contacts in the region before the conference. Branding at the bottom of the weekly newsletter - we can include a small banner advert or a logo with text as well as 100 word editorial feature Conference Gala Dinner - Shared sponsorship VAT Associate your organisation with the main social event of the conference. Your organisations logo will be displayed on 14 lampposts placed along the seafront (double sided design) and link to your organisations website 2 delegate places to the conference (excludes accommodation and dinner) NB: Design and production of signage to be produced and paid for by sponsor Bus Shelter signage vat Promote your organisation for two weeks before the conference by branding the 4 bus shelters along the road where the Palace Hotel is located. Your organisations logo will be displayed on one panel of each bus shelter and link to your organisations website 2 delegate places to the conference (excludes accommodation and dinner) NB: Design and printing of bus shelter panels to be paid for by sponsor
