19 Personal Group Volume (PGV) Growth Points Earn points for increasing your PGV Your base is determined by looking at the previous incentive months of July 2014 to February 2015 and calculating the average PGV per month for that 8 month period You earn 5 points for each month during the qualification period that your current PGV is 10% higher than your base A minimum base of 2,000 PGV will be applied

20 Additional Point Opportunities Longevity Points You earn one point for every full year you have been in Shaklee through February 28, 2015 plus one point for the coming year. Shaklee Cares Points 1 point is awarded for the donation of any one of the available Shaklee Cares product packs to aid those impacted by natural disasters (limit of 10 points available for US Business Leaders)

21 Special Qualifications for Master Coordinators Master Maintenance Points Earn 5 points for each month that you maintain the Paid As rank of Master Coordinator or higher during the qualification period (maximum of 50 points) Organizational Volume (OV) Growth Your base is determined by looking at the previous incentive year of July 2014 February 2015 and calculating the average OV per month for that 8- month period For each month during the qualification period that your OV is above your base, you will be awarded 20 points (maximum of 200 points) A minimum base of 100,000 OV will apply. Must be a Paid As Master Coordinator or higher to qualify.

34 Rank Advancement Recognition at Shaklee Live All new rank achievers who are promoted to their highest appointed rank between July 1, 2015 and June 30, 2016 will receive On Stage Recognition at Shaklee Live 2016 NEW! 56 Rank Requirements Dream Incentive Trip Rank Requirements: Must be a Paid As Coordinator or higher for a minimum of four consecutive months during the qualification period to qualify for the Dream Incentive Trip Once the four-month rank qualification has been met, your Paid As Rank may not fall below Sr. Director (with the exception of one Volume Grace Month or waiver) through March Top Achievers International Trip Rank Requirements: Must be a Paid As Executive Coordinator or higher for a minimum of four consecutive months during the qualification period to attend the Top Achievers International Trip Once the four-month rank qualifications have been met, your Paid As Rank may not fall below Sr. Coordinator (with the exception of one Volume Grace Month or waiver) through May 2016

57 Sponsoring Points A minimum of 50 Sponsoring Points are required (at least 10 points must be Personal) A maximum of 125 points can be earned in this category for Incentive Trips and Recognition (including AutoShip doubling and Sponsoring Carry-Forward points) PV must be applied within 60 calendar days of application entry date to count toward Sponsoring Points For all others, if a trip is not earned, all Sponsoring Points expire at the end of the qualification period Canada GOLD PAKs carry the same point values as the U.S. GOLD PAKs Mexico GOLD PAKs 1 point for a 1,000 Peso PAK, 2 points for a 2,000 Peso PAK See the Shaklee Incentive Programs booklet for full qualification information

58 Rank Advancement Points A New Rank means a first time, never before held rank, or that the Paid As Rank was held prior to March Points will not be awarded if the rank was held for four or more consecutive months from March 2010 PV through February Rank Advancement Points can only be assigned once for any given rank and are assigned at the conclusion of the 4 consecutive month qualification period (month of initial achievement + 3 months maintenance = 4 consecutive months) without the use of Volume Grace Months or waivers If a trip is not earned during the qualification period, Rank Advancement Points expire at the end of the trip qualification period and cannot be carried forward to the next incentive qualification period

59 Business Leader Development (Net Gain) Earn points as you develop new leaders in your organization. First Generation Net Gains Your base for First Generation Net Gains achieved during 2015 Qualification Period is the highest number of First Generation Leaders held in any month during the period July 2013 February 2015 PV month A Net Gain is an increase in the number of First Generation Leaders you have over your base. For example, if your base is 3 First Generation Business Leaders, you will achieve one Net Gain when you have a total of 4 First Generation Business Leaders. Points are determined according to the total number of First Generation Leaders, and are not related to the promotion of any particular leader.

60 Business Leader Development (Net Gain) Business Group Net Gains Your base for Business Group Net Gains achieved during the 2015 Qualification Period is the highest number of First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Generation leaders (in total) held in any month during the period July 2013 February 2015 PV month. A Net Gain is an increase in your six-generation Business Group Count over your base. For example, if your base is 10 leaders in your six-generation Business Group, you will achieve one Net Gain when you have a total of 11 leaders in your six-generation Business Group. Points are determined according to the total number of First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Generation leaders (i.e., your six-generation Business Group), and are not related to the promotion of any particular leader.

61 Net Gain Details No points are awarded in any month in which you personally have a Volume Grace Month or waiver, nor does a month in which you personally have a Volume Grace Month or waiver count as a month in which you maintained a Net Gain. (A downline Business Leader with a Volume Grace Month or waiver still counts as a Business Leader for calculating Net Gains.) First Generation and Business Group Net Gain Points are awarded cumulatively meaning, when you achieve a Net Gain and hold for the full seven months, you are awarded the total value of the points and not just the difference. Net Gain Points expire at the end of the Qualification Period and cannot be carried forward to the next Qualification Period. If you achieve a First Generation Net Gain or Business Group Net Gain during the Qualification Period but have not yet held the Net Gain for three, five or seven months, the maintenance period for the Net Gain will cross into the next Qualification Period, and the points will be awarded, when earned, in the next Qualification Period.

62 Special Qualifications for Master Coordinators If a trip is not earned during the qualification period, all points from Special Master Qualification categories expire and cannot be carried over to the next qualification period Presidential Master Coordinators To automatically qualify for the Dream Incentive Trip, a Presidential Master Coordinator must maintain Paid As Presidential Master Coordinator qualification for 6 out of the 10 months during the qualification period, and must be a Paid As Presidential Master Coordinator in the month before the trip
