WATCH MUSKEGON This is a county-wide, privately funded, campaign launched by a number of local businesses, individuals and passionate Muskegon residents. The goal is to improve the overall image of the Muskegon area by focusing on three areas: beautification, education and marketing. SILENT OBSERVER Silent Observer is a high-tech crime prevention program that helps local law enforcement agencies solve and prevent crimes. This program rewards anonymous tipsters who supply information that help solve crimes. This is a donor-funded non-profit organization that relies on the generosity of the community for all its expenses. All monies raised stay right here in Muskegon County.
