The Australian Veterinary Practitioner (AVP) was established in 1971 and is a peer-reviewed clinical journal, published four times per year to further the general and educational interests of veterinary practitioners throughout Australia. Target your audience and reach the decision makers by advertising in the AVP. With a circulation around 2,200 copies, the AVP is distributed to ASAV member practitioners as well as veterinary graduates, students and nurses, university and government libraries in Australia and overseas. The AVP contains clinical reviews, updates and studies. We also promote excellent clinical research papers and essays by veterinary students. The AVP also gives prizes for the best clinical paper and the best case report on an annual basis. A recent member survey suggested that over 85% of our membership see the journal as the number one membership benefit! This is testament to the relevance and readability of the ASAV journal. Being published in the AVP is one of the benefits for the winner of the annual student essay prize. Perfect reasons to advertise in the AVP. Frequency: Quarterly March, June, September and December
