2 Business Travel show Business Travel show, the largest Hungarian meeting point and forum of tourism Based on previous years experiences, exhibitor and visitor feedback and current trends, 2011 will witness one of the biggest changes in the history of Business Travel Show. Hosted buyers group and Reverse workshop Hosted buyer groups (about people) from the so-called classic sending markets, invited and organized by the Hungarian National Tourist Office will visit the event. On the first day of the exhibition a socalled reverse workshop will be organized in cooperation with hosted buyers. During the workshop exhibitors have the opportunity to negotiate directly with foreign visitors at a definite hour. This step was not only necessary to strengthen the complexity of Business Travel Show, but to help achieve possible strategic alliances between the exhibiting countries. Visitors from neighboring countries We will offer a so-called visitor s package to the event organizers and travel agencies of neighboring countries, which includes lodging for two nights, an invitation to first night s gala dinner, and a sight-seeing trip in Budapest. The online diary and the online registration system Last year visitors already could use the online appointment making system. This year an innovation will be introduced. With the help of the online diary exhibitors also will be able to make an appointment with the participants of the reverse workshop. Increasing the number of corporate visitors In order to achieve a larger number of corporate visitors an early and active acquiring process is indispensable. We continuously inform the public about the actual state of the organizing process and elements of the Business Travel Show s new concept. As a part of this, co-organizer Turizmus Ltd. will organize several Corporate Club events during 2012 to build an active relationship with the members. Also, with increased visitor activity in mind we will introduce a new convenient and free service to raise the comfort level of visitors: during the two days of Business Travel Show an hourly shuttle bus service will connect the event with different inner city locations. Introducing neighboring countries MICE providers of neighboring countries and regions (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and Burgenland) will be presented also by destination.

Please note that the exhibitor fee is for the 9 m 2 exhibitor stand (together with installation and daily catering for stand personnel), so if the special stand size exceeds 9 m 2 there will be an additional charge depending on the floor area of the stand. exhibitors catalogue The participation fee covers the cost of a standard display in the exhibitors catalogue; please send us the appropriate information and details by following receipt of our confirmation letter. We publish all exhibitor profiles in Hungarian and English. The catalogue includes the name and logo of the exhibitor company, the stand number, profile description in Hungarian and English to a maximum of 500 characters in each language as well as the exhibitor company s contact details. Besides the standard display there is also the possibility to publish advertisements (see our Media Offer for more details). 5 SPEED BUSINESS MEETING 18th October 2012 Business Travel Show HUNGEXPO The Speed Business Meeting (SBM hereafter) is a networking model which offers to each participant the possibility through several one-to-one meetings of 10 minutes to introduce himself and his company, to present his products and to explain his own targets: the research of new customers, suppliers or partners. The agenda of this event is the following: 4.30 pm pm: Welcome and registration 5.00 pm pm: Speed Business Meeting 6.30 pm 8.30 pm: Cocktail How does it work? At registration, hostesses will give to each participant a card with a number. Half of the participants will have in addition the letter A (i.e: 1A). The numbers indicate the table where two participants should sit at the beginning of the SBM. When the bell rings, each person has 5 minutes speaking time. After 10 minutes, the bell will ring again and the person with the letter A should move to the nearest table (next number in ascending order). The person with only a number is staying at the same table during all the SBM while the person with the number 1A will move to the table 2A, then 3A, 7 meetings will be organized during the event. Co-organizers: Remark: if nobody joins you at the table, you should inform the organizers who will give you a seat at another table. You will never be without a partner! Some tips to optimize your participation at the Speed Business Meeting: Do not think only about business to business but about networking. If the person you are speaking with is not interested in your product and/or service, this person may know in his network (business, family, ) someone who could be interested. During the cocktail, instead of joining a group of people that you already know do not hesitate to meet other participants.
