4 Heinz Promotional Elements A. High-profile seven week web-site promotional campaign: Clear Channel Communications will use ten Clear Channel Radio Stations web-sites in 2 major markets, to encourage listeners to stop at any Wal-Mart Supercenter to purchase Heinz products. The campaign will direct listeners to the web-site and during a live remote at Wal-Mart to register to win a trip for two to see the U.S. Open Golf Tournament or win $500 shopping spree. B. Cross-promotion with Heinz Products: Opportunity to brand market Heinz Frozen Food, Heinz Tomato Ketchup, StarKist Tuna in the flavor Fresh Pouch and Heinz pet products Kibbles n Bits, Meaty Bone, Wagwells, Gravy Train and 9Lives. This will expand sales, gain market share and increase profitability. C. Air time for promotion: Throughout the four-weeks, Heinz will receive a total of 263 sixty-second promotional announcements (126 on KWFM and 137 on KMXP) which will run May 7th - June 4th. The sixty second promotional announcements will detail the promotion and Heinz marketing message. The contest winners will be notified by June 7, 2001 via phone and mail. D. Incentive for the Trade: Clear Channel will provide four 1-hour live remote broadcast appearances at Wal-Mart Supercenter in Phoenix and two 1-hour live remote broadcast appearances at Wal-Mart Supercenter in Tucson to support Heinz products and services. Each consumer will have an opportunity to win a $500 Wal-Mart gift card at each remotes.

5 Clear Channel Communications will provide: 137 sixty-second promotional announcements to run on KMXP (60 sixty-second promotional announcements) to Monday-Sunday, 6am-12pm. 126 sixty-second promotional announcements to run on KWFM (60 sixty-second promotional announcements) to Monday-Sunday, 6am-12pm. 1,200 promotional announcement (100 announcement per station, 25 each week per station) will run throughout 12 Clear Channel radio stations to drive listeners to the web-sites. Four 1-hour remote broadcast, including 90 on-air mentions (15 each week) to encourage customers to stop by a participating Wal-Mart Supercenter in Phoenix.
