When there are multiple Diamond, Platinum, Gold or A La Carte Sponsors in a square footage tier, those sponsors will participate within their tier in an order determined by lottery.

A $20,000 sponsorship includes priority booth selection, within your square foot tier, after Diamond, Platinum and Gold. GIVEAWAYS Lanyards ($15,000) Every attendee becomes a walking billboard for your brand. Sponsorship includes printing and distribution. Tote bags ($3,500) Let your branding get carried away with your message on the official tote bag. Sponsorship includes distribution. Notebooks ($2,000) Put your message in front of 2,500 education session attendees. Sponsorship includes distribution only. Pen ($2,000) Everyone always wants a nice pen to write with, so make sure yours is in the hands of attendees. Pens will be available at every conference session and will be used at Registration. You ll have 45 minutes to present customer success stories and your expertise to an audience with a demonstrated interest. Sponsorship includes promotion in the Agenda Builder and the ability to scan leads following the session. Point the way to your booth with an aisle sign prominently displaying your logo and booth number. Limit two sponsor signs per aisle. Call for availability. 8 SPONSOR AGREEMENT CANCELLATION POLICY PRINTING United reserves the right to cancel any sponsorship if the participating company fails to perform, meet, or observe any term or condition of this agreement, and the said company will not be entitled to any refund. If a sponsorship company desires to cancel their sponsorship, they must send written notice to SGIA stating the reasons for cancellation. No refunds will be given. If the conference or any part thereof is prevented from being held, because of war, fire, strike, governmental order, act of God or other cause beyond the control of PRINTING Unitied, the refund of sponsor fees to sponsoring companies shall be at the discretion of PRINTING United. BADGES & REGISTRATION OF PERSONNEL Admission is by badge only. These identification badges are not transferable. OTHER EVENTS Sponsoring companies will not promote, provide transportation or otherwise draw attendees away from the conference to a local showroom or hospitality suite or any non-conference area during conference hours. OBSERVANCE OF LAWS & RULES All sponsoring companies shall abide by all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, all rules of the facility, all union regulations and shall obtain all necessary permits or licenses at its own expense (e.g., hazardous materials handling permits).
