3 Stability the foundation of our beliefs INTRODUCTION TO THE ACCOUNTANCY & BUSINESS CLUB (ABC) The Accountancy & Business Club (ABC) is an Academic Constituent Club of the Nanyang Technological University, representing students from the Nanyang Business School (NBS). The club serves as a link between NBS students and the NBS faculty. Our initiatives to improve the quality of life in NBS for the undergraduates population are always welcomed and supported by the faculty. Our club organises social, sports and academic events for the NBS student population, which amounts to more than 3,900 undergraduates. These events are organised for students, by students. The ABC also assists our sub-clubs, specialisation clubs and special project committees. We provide the necessary administrative assistance and guidance that these committees require to bring a wholesome welfare package to the students. OBJECTIVE On behalf of ABC, we would like to invite your company to join us as an event sponsor for the upcoming Semester 1 Exam Welfare Pack Giveaway. Exam welfare pack giveaways are held twice every academic year about two weeks before the exams. Our aim is to reach out to the students, by providing them with necessities to aid them in their revision. The previous Exam Welfare Pack Giveaway was highly successful with all the packs snapped away before 3 hours. This November, we estimate to give away 1200 welfare packs to our undergraduates. The items that we hope to give away include food, stationery, fashion vouchers, cosmetic products, etc.

EVENT SPONSORSHIP PROGRAMME We have designed two different programmes for our event sponsors, namely the Main Sponsor Programme and Premium Sponsor Programme. 1. MAIN SPONSORS The level of sponsorship will be evaluated based on a case-by-case basis. The final decision will be undisputedly made by the management committee. However, the following can serve as a guideline for a Main Sponsor: - Sponsorship of Tangible Items and/or, Sponsorship of Discount/Cash Vouchers (Full or partial coverage) The following provides the details of the publicity effort outlined in the Main Sponsor Programme:

7 1.1 Pre-event A picture of each sponsored item will be posted on the ABC Facebook Page. This page will serve as our event publicity platform. It will allow our undergraduates to take a peek at the items which they would be receiving on the day of giveaway. Links to the sponsor s website and official Facebook pages can also be included as captions under the pictures. This serves as an avenue for prospective sponsors to garner additional feedback and gather undergraduate s interests on their product. An event poster featuring corporate logos of our participating sponsors will be circulated around the school a week prior to the event. 1.2 On-site A coloured and laminated poster (A4 sized) will be displayed at the item collection table. The picture below provides a rough illustration: Additionally, on the day of the event, there will be a photo booth where students can take free photographs with the props provided. Premium sponsors will have their company logos printed on 3 of the props for students to take photographs with. The photos will then be uploaded to our ABC Facebook Page. Students would also be highly encouraged to share it on their social media platforms. This will spread brand awareness for sponsors through the promotion of brand names and products through social media.

Similarly, on the ABC Facebook Page, photographs taken on the actual day will be posted and participants will be tagged. Sponsors can also request to post one advertisement on the page. This help to reinforce our publicity effort by bringing it into the online social media platform. 2.
