A one of a kind televised awards show honoring and celebrating women for the trials, tribulations and triumphs to success! It s not just another awards show; it s a celebration of women. It's the First and Only televised award show produced and broadcast in Dallas on CBS 11 and TXA 21. Since its first year the show has grown in ratings and viewers.
