17 Neckwear Sponsorship Sponsorship Fee: (VAT included) pieces of neckwear will be printed by Organizer in a manner that the logo of the Company will take place. Company name and logo will take place in the neckwear prepared for visitors during the fair. The Company s name and logo will take place in the fair website as Neckwear Sponsor. Opportunity of advertisement in inner page of fair catalogue will be granted to the Neckwear Sponsor. (Advertisement design will be prepared by the Company and shared in the CD or mail environment with Organizer.) 18 Hosted Buyer Space Sponsorship Sponsorship Fee: (VAT included) (Sponsorship is limited to 1 company) Installations of Hosted Buyer will be realized by the Organizer. Sponsor may use roll-up in Hosted Buyer space. Sponsor can give advertisements free of charge in LCD displays located in foyers. Company logo will take place in the Hosted Buyer desk. The visible sides of service banks to be installed in Hosted Buyer will be branded by the sponsor of Hosted Buyer Space in a manner to include its respective design and logo. The digital material required for the bank (polycarbonate and PVC foam board) will be made to be performed by the sponsor of Hosted Buyer Space. (Dimensions will be notified later by the Organizer.) The sponsor of Hosted Buyer Space will be entitled to rent LCD display and to play advertisement movies within the boundaries of the cafe zone in a manner desired by it but without creating visual pollution. The sponsor of Hosted Buyer Space is entitled to install a desk of 2m 2 in the space of Hosted Buyer and to exhibit its catalogues and product samples in this desk. The sponsor of Hosted Buyer Space is entitled also to take advantage of other advertisement. The logo of the sponsor of Hosted Buyer Space will take place in any printed visual materials (banner, canvas etc.) related to this space and the expression of The Sponsor of Hosted Buyer Space will be used in any other possible places..

19 Opening Ceremony Sponsorship fee: (VAT included) (Sponsorship is limited to 1 company.) In the event that your company assumes the sponsorship of opening ceremony of Travel Turkey İzmir Fair, it will draw the attention of decision making mechanisms and official institutions of the industry. About 750 persons participate and there is an intense involvement of the press. Services to be provided to sponsor in addition to the common services: An opportunity of inner page advertisement in the official fair catalogue will be granted. Logo of the sponsor will take place in the visuals in the zone where the opening will be realized. Logo of the sponsor will be published in the announcements to be given in the national and foreign press organs before and during the fair. The sponsor will be entitled to keep 2 units of roll-up in the opening zone. Opportunity of 1 desk will be granted in the zone of opening ceremony in order to distribute advertisement materials of the sponsor. Logo of the sponsor will take place also in all of the visuals in the fair. Services requested from Sponsor: The sponsor will include the information on the fair in its press bulletins and other visual media advertisements. The logo of the fair will be published and link to the website of the fair will be given in the website of the sponsor and other firms of which it is agent, if any.

20 Transportation Sponsorship (Sponsorship is limited to 1 company.) In case of bearing the airport-hotel-fair center-hotel- airport of the Hosted Buyer group which will come in the scope of Travel Turkey İzmir Fair, during 4 days, The name and logo of your company as well as the expression of Transportation Sponsor will take place in all written and visual communication advertisement works to be performed in relation to Travel Turkey Izmir Fair, Fair Website, Press Files, press bulletins and other materials, in protocol invitation cards for opening ceremony and fair participants entrance cards, on visuals to be used in Fair gates 15 m 2 stand area in fair ground 1 piece of colored inner page advertisement in Fair Catalogue Provision of 5 pieces of protocol invitation card for Opening Ceremony and Gala Night Sponsor can give advertisements free of charge in LCD displays located in foyers.

21 SPONSORSHIP FOR INTERACTIVE EVENTS Greenbox Photobooth VAT included (Sponsorship is limited to 1 company.) If your company undertakes sponsorship of Greenbox Photobooth event to be carried out during Travel Turkey Izmir Fair, the printout of the photograph given to the participants of the event will include the company logo at the bottom. In this event, which attracts great attention of visitors during the fair, the participants posing before the Photobooth will choose one of the different backgrounds from the touchscreen kiosk with the help of an attendant. The screen guides the user during photographing process. At the end of photographing, the user may choose to apply filters as in Instagram. The photographs taken are printed automatically with the logo and design of your brand and they can be sent via or shared on Facebook, Twitter. The services to be given to the sponsor in addition to the common services: -The company logo will be placed at the bottom of the printout of the photograph given to the participants of the event. -Banner will be included in the official fair CD -Logo of sponsor will be included in the advertisements to be given to the local and foreign media institutions before and during the fair -Sponsor will have 2 roll ups at the event area -Logo of sponsor will be published on fair panels -Logo of sponsor will be published on fairground visuals. 22 Live Painter (VAT included) (Sponsorship is limited to 1 company.) If your company undertakes sponsorship of Live Painter event to be carried out during Travel Turkey Izmir Fair; the event will allow you to reach not only the participants of the event but also crowded audience with its large scaled physical visuals. While the paintings to be made with Live Painter on buses, automobiles or large objects can be given as presents to the participants after printed, the users will also be able to share their own drawings on their Facebook and Twitter accounts with brand message and #hash tags using the touchscreen kiosk. The services to be given to the sponsor in addition to the common services: -The company logo will be placed at the bottom of the printout of the photograph given to the participants of the event. -Banner will be included in the official fair CD -Logo of sponsor will be included in the advertisements to be given to the local and foreign media institutions before and during the fair -Sponsor will have 2 roll ups at the event area -Logo of sponsor will be published on fair panels -Logo of sponsor will be published on fairground visuals. 23 Forum Zone Sponsorship fee: VAT included (Sponsorship is limited to 1 company.) Forum zone will be established in the scope of Travel Turkey Izmir Fair and international destination presentations will be performed in this zone. It will take part alphabetically and with logo under the expression of Forum Zone Sponsor in all press materials of Travel Turkey Izmir (announcements, press bulletins, program brochures, banners, e-bulletins). Logo of the Forum Zone Sponsor will take place in all printed visual materials related to seminar (banner, canvas, etc.) and the expression of Forum Zone Sponsor in any other possible places. It will be entitled to maintain its flag/pendant of Forum Zone Sponsor in the hall where the seminar is held during the seminar or it will reflect its name/logo as visual presentation (reflection to screen via projection from computer). It will be entitled to keep 1 info desk-stand place in the Forum Zone. Its logo shall be included as Forum Zone Sponsor (continuously) in the sections of sponsor in the web page. Its logo will take place in the general sponsorship boards in the event space.

24 Advertisement Options Form We have no alternative mobile distribution. Mobile distribution is not permitted in fuarizmir. If a company distributes mobile advertisement its materials will be confiscated. Relevant advertisement spaces will be allocated based on the order of the receipt of request forms by fax.
