EXHIBITOR PASSES, INVINTATIONS 1.1 Exhibitor passes 20 БЕЗ УЧЕТА НДС Participants may get access to the territory of the exhibition complex during the installation, dismantling and operation of the exhibition only if they have passes. A company receives free participant passes according to the stand area: each 3 sq.m = 1 pass* *Stands with an area of 4 and 6 sq.m give a right to 2 passes ATTENTION! Passes will already be filled in when they are issued. Therefore, you have to fill in information for them in your personal exhibitor account, otherwise you will have to go through the procedures required to receive a pass by yourself during the construction period. If you have not received login and password for personal account access, please, request them from Anastasiya Chilikina: Anastasia.Chilikina@ite-exhibitions.com 1.2 Invitation cards for visitors FREE So that your guests could have free access to the exhibition you should give them invitation cards which give the right to visit the exhibition during the whole period of its operation. To save time your guests may register beforehand on the exhibition website: and get electronic tickets. Preparing for the exhibition the Organizers perform target distribution of invitation cards, so the number of cards is limited. ADVERTISING ON THE WEBSITE 2.1 Advertising on the A banner displayed on the analitikaexpo.com website will inform the target audience about your products and brands both before and during the exhibition, and will attract more visitors to the stand of your company. Please note that the text of the news may be edited. The exhibition organizers reserve the right to refuse to post the news. Please note, that we don t publish advertising materials, other site links, contacts, as well as news, containing not relevant information. DISTRIBUTION OF ADVERTISING MATERIALS DURING THE EXHIBITION 6.1 Promo badges (permit for distributing advertising materials)* *It gives the right to distribute advertising materials in Pavilion 1 exhibition halls or the adjoining part of the street depending on the selected tariff. No materials may be distributed in the lobby in front of the cloakroom and in the hall in the registration area. ATTENTION: Any promotional activities outside the participant s stand without a corresponding permit are strictly PROHIBITED! RENTAL OF CONFERENCE HALLS, MEETING ROOMS 7.1 Event announcement FREE If a conference hall is leased for events related to the exhibition, the Organizers are ready to display the information about such events in the exhibition Business Programme. To have such information displayed please provide all data required for this purpose. However, the exhibition Organizers must decide whether this information will be displayed. The text may also be edited or printed in a shorter variant. 7.2 Rental of conference halls Ordering a hall or a room please ask the Organizers if it is possible to hold an event in this place at the time you need. When renting specialized facilities, the term day means the time between 10:00 and 18:00 The company can use the hall only during the time rented.
