(the Company ) and each Shaklee Family Member. It sets forth the policies and procedures that govern the way the Shaklee Home Office and Shaklee Family Members work together. The document outlines the privileges that you, as a Shaklee Family Member, can experience. The P&R can be found at MyShaklee.com (put P&R into the search field and press go ), or by clicking on the All Tools icon under the Featured section, then clicking on Shaklee Resource Library at the top of this tools page and doing a search for P&R. Please read the document carefully. 4 AUTOSHIP Sign up for our easy and convenient AutoShip service to manage repeat orders of the products you use regularly. You can set up products to ship to you in 30-, 60-, or 90-day intervals, and easily add, skip, or delete products from your AutoShip, reschedule them for another time, or ship to a different address. And you can meet monthly Point Value (PV) requirements without even thinking about it! PAYING DOWNLINE DISTRIBUTOR BONUSES Shaklee will automatically pay your qualified Distributors and Associates directly when they reach a minimum of 250 Personal Group Volume (PGV) including 100 Point Volume (PV). The price differential between MP (Member Price) and DP (Director Price) will be paid automatically when they reach 500 PGV including 100 PV. This means a lot less work for you! If you choose to pay bonuses rather than have the company pay them, you may contact Field Support for an exception to the policy and refer to the Individual Bonus Policies section of Chapter 2 of the P&R. 5 DIRECTOR BENEFITS: ALL THIS CAN BE YOURS! MONTHLY CASH BONUSES Each Shaklee product is assigned a non-monetary value called Point Value (PV) on which bonuses are paid. Business Leaders like you that is, Directors and above must achieve a minimum of 2000 PGV, of which 100 is Personal Volume, each month to maintain rank and receive a bonus. Shaklee pays you this monthly bonus by depositing it directly into your bank account via our EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)/Direct Deposit Program. (In order to receive your bonus, it s imperative that you complete he EFT/DD form and return it to Home Office immediately. To get a form, please contact Field Support or visit the online Resource Library at the Member Centre at MyShaklee.com.) Once you have one First Generation Dream Business Leader in your group, and you ve achieved at least 2000 PGV, you ll be eligible to receive Leadership Bonuses, which are paid by Shaklee on six generations of Dream Plan Business Leaders that you develop under you. The more First Generations you develop, the bigger your Leadership Bonuses. Here s where the earning potential gets really interesting! DISTRIBUTOR SUCCESS BONUSES New people can now get started sharing the Shaklee products they re interested in and begin earning right away. The Distributor Success Bonus Program also creates a simple, easy-toduplicate path for sustainable growth for new and existing Distributors. Earn a $50 instant bonus each time you sponsor a Qualified Distributor on his or her purchase of at least one Success Pack; a Qualified Distributor is a person who joins with a $49.95 Distributor Welcome Kit and purchases at least one Success Pack within his or her first full calendar month. 6 OTHER BENEFITS Car Bonus Program Shaklee offers qualified Senior Directors and above the opportunity to earn a monthly Car Bonus. Details of the Bonus Car Program, including qualifications and bonus amounts, are available at MyShaklee.com. Automatic Downloads Because you re a Business Leader, Shaklee automatically downloads any new product or literature item to your backorder file. This ensures that you have an opportunity to try/peruse the product/literature before your Members do. Your Shaklee bonus will absorb the cost of the charge in the month an automatic download occurs. If you prefer not to receive automatic downloads, us at Canada@shaklee.com and ask to be removed from automatic downloads. Personal Group Lists You may create personal group lists and mailing labels at MyShaklee.com under the My Business tab by clicking on My Team. Business Leaders who do not have access to a computer may request a computer printout of every name registered in their personal groups. Two listings per year will be provided at no charge. Any further printouts will cost $25 each. Business Leaders who would prefer mailing labels instead of a list will be charged $25 per set of labels. Member Mailings (Personal Mail Program) On a Business Leader s behalf, Shaklee Canada Inc. sends each Member a complimentary Shaklee Product Catalogue and a Price List every January/February. The Business Leader s name and phone number automatically appear as the contact on the personalized mailing to downline Members, but the name and phone number of that Business Leader s Distributor or Associate may be substituted by notifying Field Support. The cost of this service, called the Personal Mail Program, is only 30 cents per active Member monthly. However, the Business Leader does not have to pay for mailings to Members who have joined in the last 12 months. 6

7 Price Tiers All Members, Distributors, and Associates are eligible for the Member Price (MP) when ordering directly from the Company. Business Leaders, as well as any Members, Distributors, or Associates designated by their Business Leader of Record, are eligible for the Director Price (DP), which reflects a discount of 15% from the Member Price. Shaklee Canada Inc. submits directly to the appropriate government all taxes collected on the MP on your behalf through the alternate collection method. FastTRACK FastTRACK is a supercharged career path in Shaklee that helps new Distributors reach the rank of Master Coordinator in 36 months, and rewards them with progressively greater incentives as they each reach key milestone along the way. Members and Associates in your personal group are also entitled to order directly from Shaklee through Member Direct Ordering (MDO). BUSINESS LEADER ORDER CHARGE SHARING When your Members place orders, you may choose to pay 0% to 100% of the order charge and designate how it s to be applied for any Member in your personal group. Simply complete the Business Leader Order Charge Sharing form, which can be found online in the Resource Library under the All Tools icon on the home page at MyShaklee.com. Or, you may edit each Member s individual profile. The best way to update this information is to log in to MyShaklee. com and click on the My Business tab, then click on My Team. Select the Member and click on Profile ; from there, click on edit and make the necessary order charge sharing changes. 10

11 HOW YOU GET PAID YOUR BONUSES DIRECT DEPOSIT PROGRAM In order to ensure prompt payment, Shaklee will now deposit your monthly bonus directly into your bank account on the 10 th working day of the month following the month in which it was earned. Therefore, it is imperative that you complete a Direct Deposit Enrolment Form with your financial institution (i.e., any Canadian chartered bank, trust company, or credit union) and return it, as soon as possible, to Shaklee Canada Inc. (For a Direct Deposit Request Form or more information, please contact Field Support or visit the online Library at the Member Centre at MyShaklee.com.) HOW TO PAY FOR ORDERS ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT) As a Distributor, one of the many special privileges you enjoyed was the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) plan. Now that you re a Director, you ll enjoy it even more because Shaklee will withdraw the exact amount from your bank account five business days after you place a product order instead of the following day. NOTE: you have the option of setting up two separate Shaklee bank accounts: one for withdrawals and/or pre-authorized payments, and the other for direct deposit of bonus cheques. CREDIT CARDS All Shaklee Members and above may use VISA or MasterCard when placing orders. HOW TO ACCESS BONUS STATEMENTS ONLINE ONLINE BONUS STATEMENTS If you ve opted into online bonus statements, you can view your bonus statement information at MyShaklee.com. Click on the My Profile link, which is located at the top of every page of the MyShaklee.com site, in the My Profile drop-down menu ( Bonus Recap ). You can also find it on the My Profile page, in the left-hand navigation ( Bonus Statement ). Click on either of these links to view your online bonus statement. All your existing and new Distributors and Associates are automatically opted in for online statements: NOTE: if you don t have a bonus statement, neither the Bonus Statement nor Bonus Recap link will show. 11
