Attendees can search for an exhibitor by product or company name, pull up the schedule-at-a-glance, read detailed descriptions of sessions, get walking directions and much more. 5 SPECIAL EVENTS Opening General Session $40,000 SOLD! This is the kick off to the entire Conference! Your logo will be seen by thousands as the sponsor of the Opening Session and you have the opportunity to introduce the keynote speaker. Gain recognition in marketing materials promoting the Opening General Session. The APCO Block Party $50,000 Sponsor the event that will leave attendees in awe! This outside event will feature food, drinks and spectacular entertainment that attendees will remember for a long time to come. Distinguished Achievers Breakfast $30,000 SOLD! All attendees are invited to attend the breakfast where several awards are given recognizing the achievements of those in the industry as well as a keynote speaker. This prestigious reception is by invitation only and takes place right before the Blue & White Gala and acknowledges the hard work and contributions of the outgoing President. Annual Golf Tournament $10,000 Welcome attendees as they start the tournament and make remarks during the luncheon when the winners are recognized. 9 On-Site Visibility Convention Center/Hotels Convention Center Internet Lounge in the Exhibit Hall $20,000 Attendees visiting the Exhibit Hall can take a break in the lounge furnished with comfortable seating and laptops for attendees to use. The sponsor will have visible signage in the lounge and recognition in the program guide. Additional signage opportunities are available for the sponsorship. Attendee Lunch Vouchers $25,000/day (2 available) Attendees receive $10 lunch vouchers each day to be used at food outlets located in the Exhibit Hall. Promote your company and your booth number on the vouchers. Sponsor will be recognized on the APCO 2013 website and in printed materials as well as signage near the food outlets. Door Clings $1,000/each SOLD! Have your company logo be the first thing attendees see as they walk into the Convention Center. Hotels Elevator Signage $17,000/Clarion Cover the outside lobby doors of six elevators. Welcome Stations $3,500/per hotel Welcome attendees with a refreshment and snacks when they enter the hotel lobby. Sponsorship includes signage at the Marriott, Anabella, Sheraton and Clarion hotels. A company representative must be available and sponsors are responsible for food and beverage. This sponsorship is only available Sunday and Monday. The bag will have your logo on it and is carried around during Conference as well as when they get home. Sponsor also receives one bag stuffer. Conference Notebooks $10,000 What better way to leave an impression than by adding your logo and booth number to the APCO 2013 notebooks. The sponsor will be given luggage identifiers to give to attendees who visit their booth. Attendees can then present the luggage identifier to receive complimentary storage of one item.
