This is a great way to get added exposure for your business/company/band/service on a limited budget. Bags will consist of ads, merchandise, flyers, coupons, literature, etc. Provide us with what you want stuffed into the bag and we ll take it from there. Creep Show Program Advertising You can also choose to advertise in our Creep Show Program. Ad must be in electronic format as a High Resolution JPEG. Please sign up early if you want to be guaranteed a table at the show. If sponsorship tables are unavailable prices will be adjusted accordingly.

3 SPONSOR TABLE INFORMATION AND REGULATIONS (If Applicable) Sponsor set up time is between 1 pm 4:30 pm. If you have a large display for the show and require extra time to set up please contact us beforehand so we can accommodate you. Doors will open to the public at 5 pm. Sponsors must check in with our vendor table manager prior to set up. Requests for wall space tables will be taken as payment is received. Wall space tables are available on a first come first serve basis and because of this cannot be guaranteed. 2 sponsor passes will be given for the table. There is no charge for electricity. If needed, please bring your own extension cords and 6 plug adapters as you may not be located near an outlet. Also, bring your own duct tape in case you need to tape your cord down due to safety precautions. In addition, please bring additional lighting (clip lamps, spot lights, etc) if needed. Sponsor displays will not extend beyond the boundaries of the space that is paid for and provided. Sponsors may not bring in additional tables to display merchandise. Each sponsor must have their own table. No sharing of tables will be allowed. Tables will be standard 6 ft banquet tables and cannot be moved or rearranged. Sponsors may not block walkways, exits, or doorways at any time. Sponsors agree to keep their area clean and are responsible for any damage they may cause to The Creep Show Venue or surroundings. Graphic nudity, alcoholic beverages, drug related paraphernalia, weapons of any kind will not be permitted at vendor tables. Any sponsors violating this policy will be removed from the show and forfeit all fees paid. All sponsors are responsible for the products they sell. Rotten Jack s Creep Shack/Creeps Inc/Creep Show Venue will not be held responsible for any damage, theft, or mishandling of vendor products. Rotten Jack s Creep Shack/Creeps Inc/Club Infinity accepts no responsibility for any merchandise sold at Rotten Jack s Creep Show. Responsibilities for the merchandise and the legalities of selling, and/or necessary rights required to sell any merchandise rests solely in the hands of the sponsor doing the selling. The sponsor is solely responsible for all taxes and licenses required by the state of NY. Sponsors agree not to break down their table display before 11 pm. Sponsors are welcomed and encouraged to remain open for the entirety of the event. Guests and events scheduled are subject to changes or cancellations. Once sponsor table is paid for, no money or credit will be issued or refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS.
