As first generation Canadians of Italian descent, we remember how our parents engaged in every Italian festival, dance, and event in our community. As adults, we treasure and value those memories. They are the foundation of the cultural wonder we share and celebrate with our own families today. We look forward to sharing La Nostra Vita with all citizens of Mississauga and the neighbouring communities. A great deal of care has gone into bringing this event to you and we look forward to celebrating all things Italian food, music, wine, culture, dance and heritage. With expectations of 15,000+ attendees, the event will be filled with food, fun and festivities as we spend the day exploring all that is Italian! 6 PRIZE DONATIONS Mississauga ITALFEST 2015 will be undertaking a prize giveaway program as a means of raising funds for the local charity it supports. In return for your donation, Mississauga ITALFEST will provide your company with the appropriate marketing and promotion for your company. If you wish to donate a prize to Mississauga ITALFEST, please send an to sponsormgmt@mississagaitalfest.com or check the box on the Sponsor Application form and someone will follow-up with you. We welcome all volunteers. In addition, high school students who must complete their Community Service hours are welcome. Each student will be provided a letter upon completion of their volunteer service to present to their local school for record-keeping. Mississauga ITALFEST is a volunteer driven event. Net proceeds are re-invested into the community through Tomorrow s Community of Hope (TCOH). ABOUT TOMORROW S COMMUNITY OF HOPE Tomorrow s Community of Hope (TCOH) is an organization created by local Mississauga community leaders who have received or know someone who has received medical care from Trillium Health Partners*. TCOH organizes a variety of charitable events to raise funds. The first goal is to fund a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory to help in providing quality cardiac care for the community and its generations to come. *Trillium Health Partners is formerly known as Trillium Health Centre
