3 Invitation The Australian and New Zealand Society of Neuroradiology (ANZSNR) is seeking sponsorship and contribution towards our Annual Scientific Meeting in The ANZSNR conference is being held at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, Hobart, Tasmania from. The ANZSNR ASM has always provided a congenial meeting atmosphere where its members and industry can interact closely throughout all facets of the conference. In recent years, emphasis has been placed on an intensified scientific program, featuring leading international speakers and a commitment to imparting current best evidence along with cutting edge technical innovations. This provides an important scientific update to both members of industry, the radiologists, and trainee radiologists who attend. The scientific program will be extensive and educational with focus given to the practice of diagnostic and interventional radiology. ANZSNR makes every endeavour to remain MTAA compliant. Sponsorship funding is used for speakers, venue hire, programming and offsetting compliant costs for members only. ANZSNR maintains full control over the academic program and diligent use of sponsorship for delegates and invited speakers only. Platinum sponsorship will be allocated on a first come, first-serve basis. There will be additional enjoyable opportunities to meet with the delegates and we would encourage you to attend to social functions we have planned including the Welcome Cocktail function at the Henry Jones Art Hotel on the Thursday night and the Conference Dinner on the Saturday night at the renown Frogmore Creek Winery. 4 Benefits of Sponsoring Who will you reach? The Australian and New Zealand Society of Neuroradiology is an affiliate group of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR). The Society is open to radiologists or other clinicians with an interest in Neuroradiology, Interventional Neuroradiology or Head and Neck radiology. In 2018 we once again invite members of the Australian Society of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery (ASHOHNS) to participate in and attend the Meeting. How will you reach them? Throughout the conference all meal breaks during the program will be held within the Industry Exhibition area. 8 CONFIRMING YOUR SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS Confirmation of your sponsorship by 30th November 2017 will increase your exposure on the ANZSNR webpage and in the forthcoming promotional campaign including announcements and broadcasts. To confirm your sponsorship, please complete and sign this form and return to : ncosta@ncevents.com.au When ANZSNR has received this confirmation, a tax invoice will be generated and issued to you. A request for the name of your insurer, your policy number and its renewal date will be issued. This information will be required prior to the conference commencing > Cancellation must be in writing. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total sponsorship will be retained by the Organisers if the Sponsor/Exhibitor cancels prior to 15th December, Cancellations after this date will attract a 100% cancellation fee of the total sponsorship > I acknowledge and accept the Terms & Conditions and am authorised by my Company to approve this sponsorship agreement.
