1 PTA Stamford Green Primary School PTA Events Website At Stamford Green Primary School we have a very active PTA and last year we raised over 25,000 towards our short, medium and long term objectives. Large events included a Fireworks night, Peter Pan open air theatre, Happy s Circus, our Christmas Market and our Summer Fun Day. All of these events are very well attended, our Fireworks event sold over 1,000 tickets. Our PTA Events website has recently been launched and it will be the only method of buying tickets and products as well as a vital way to communicate with parents of our 580 pupils. We hold a minimum of 7 School wide events a year and communicate with our parents approximately 10 times per event which includes booking information, reminders and updates. We also send out a PTA Bulletin 6 times a year Our new website offers four levels of advertising for local businesses interested in promoting themselves to our engaged and loyal audience of parents. As the site is brand new, we are offering excellent packages on both advertising options. For our Prime and Secondary Advertising spaces are limited to 5 noncompeting businesses to ensure that advertisers receive maximum impact and artwork can be changed up to 12 times per annum. Your banner ad or mobile ad (depending on device) running on the top and bottom of each page accessed from the Stamford Green Primary School PTA website (the banner will change every 5 seconds):

3 Option 2 - Secondary Advertising 80 per annum including the following three features: 1. Your logo displayed on all pages. These will be randomly chosen and the logos will change every 5 seconds. 4 3. A listing in our Business Directory advertising your services: Option 3 Prime and Secondary advertising If you wish to purchase both packages then the cost will be 300 per annum. Option 4 Business Directory Listing The PTA Events Website has a Business Directory listing, which we are opening to local businesses and companies affiliated with or known to the school. There will be a 30 fee for an annual listing. Applications for registration in the Business Directory should be made by completing a Registration Form available upon request ptastamfordgreen@gmail.com The PTA Events Website administrator will review the application and assess if the business is suitable for listing in the Directory. We reserve the right to refuse a listing if the goods/services are deemed not suitable to be listed on this Directory, or, the business does not have clear connections to the school. We will also look to limit the number of similar businesses being advertised at one time. Once you have received approval for your application payment must be made before the listing is included. You will be notified of methods of payment and once made, the date of listing. On a monthly basis the PTA Facebook will remind parents about the Business Directory and the goods and services offered by the businesses who are registered.
