2 Your opportunity to sponsor our Leadership Awards 2016 CO3 is celebrating its 30th birthday this year, as part of our extended celebration, the CO3 Leadership Awards, which usually take place biennially, will take place in Parliament Buildings, Stormont on Thursday 25th February The Leadership Awards event will celebrate those outstanding leaders who steer their organisations consistently, year on year, to help change the lives of vulnerable people for the better. This year we have added an extra dimension to the Leadership Awards as we are offering a series of prizes kindly donated by our corporate partners. We see this as a big step up for the Leadership Awards, offering practical support to members as well as the prestige and accolade of receiving a highly coveted award. The Leadership Awards is an ideal vehicle for corporate sector companies to promote their services to an audience of over 200 CEOs, senior managers, corporate partners and political representatives through sponsorship. There are various packages that you might be interested in, from small-scale but impactful sponsorship (Twitter wall, branding etc) to the most prestigious one, the overall Leadership Awards sponsor package, which provides the highest profile to an exclusive sponsor. 5 Why Get Involved? The Third Sector is an important part of the local economy and a major driver of economic growth. It is a leading employer, employing just under 30,000 people in Northern Ireland, more than either local government or the agricultural sector. The estimated total turnover accruing from the Third Sector is 1.2bn. The Leadership Awards will bring together a wide and diverse range of Third Sector Chief Executives providing sponsors with a range of opportunities to demonstrate how their business solutions can help the Third Sector to more effectively deliver their services and ultimately impact on the community we serve. 6 Sponsorship of Awards The CO3 Leadership Awards have developed into a key networking event for Third Sector leaders and for those who want to connect with these leaders. The 2016 Leadership Awards is a gala dinner black tie event. The dinner will begin with a drinks and networking reception and will include entertainment, with the leadership awards being presented throughout the course of the evening. This year we are introducing prizes for the award winners in the form of cash prizes or something of a similar value such as a service or product that winners can use in their organisation. For companies who would like to be associated with the CO3 Leadership Awards and utilise all the marketing surrounding it, we have created a number of sponsorship packages for your consideration and for a short time applied an early bookers discount of 20%. Site traffic The awards site in 2015 received over 4000 unique visits with over hits over a six month period (Oct Feb) Promotional e-blasts As of October 2015 we send out 1 dedicated e-blast to the circulation (over 500 including the memberships CO3) every 2 weeks to call for entries. Your branding will appear clearly on each of these e-blasts with live links. Over the course of the promotional period (call for entries, shortlist announcement, table sales promotions) we send approx. 10 awards e-blasts E-Newsletter We send out quarterly e-newsletters to our circulation. These are to direct traffic onto the main CO3 Leadership Awards website and not specifically about the awards but every one we send will include an awards ad which again will include the sponsor logo. So for the promotional period this is a total of approx. 3 e-newsletters. CO3 Blog As part of the promotion of the leadership awards you will have the opportunity to write a blog and we will include the sponsor logo. CO3 Magazine Your logo as a sponsor will appear in both the Autumn 2015 and Spring 2016 issues of the CO3 Magazine, which is professionally printed in full colour and posted to our entire membership. Post awards marketing: 1 x Sponsors e-blast sent to CO3 subscribers Logo with a 150 word profile & hyperlink to appear on the online Awards section until awards re launch for 2017 Pictures of the awards ceremony to be made available to you as the sponsor Free membership of our Corporate Membership Scheme from April 2016 March 2017 Inclusion in the post awards publicity. 10 Shared Awards Sponsor As a Shared Awards sponsor, this allows 2 organisations to share the sponsorship costs with one organisation sponsoring the prize and the other organisation sponsoring the award. At the awards gala: Jointly host a table. Two seats allocated for your organisation at your award table with the opportunity to either invite 3 of your own guests to the event or work with CO3 to invite some new contacts to your table (the other 5 seats will be allocated to your partner sponsor) Inclusion in the official awards brochure with a 150 word profile about your organisation and a ¼ page A4 advert in the award guide The opportunity to jointly present the award and prize Company logos of both organisations shown as winner is presented the award and prize Branding in communication about this particular award, both online and printed Involvement in publicity around the award, which will include local press and PR, as well as the organisation s press and PR. Each table seats 10 and is great way of entertaining clients, business partners and prospects at our dazzling awards dinner. You and your distinguished guests will join hundreds to share in the success of the Third Sector, the prestigious awards recognises and rewards excellence. Demand for tables is always high. Cost of this Package: 500 Delegate Bag Inserts Inserting a leaflet in the delegate bags is an excellent way to communicate your message directly with the audience.
