The summer of 2018 sees a global event take place, thousands from all corners of the globe will come together in one location for a festival to remember, but that s enough about GOW, the FIFA World Cup is also taking place in Russia. And RenewableUK have decided to celebrate this with the addition of a fun, friendly penalty shootout at Global Offshore Wind. This fun feature will have both a veteran football star goalie and holes in the goals so you can scan peoples badges as they attempt to Beat the Offshore Cat in order to win a prize. This will precede the networking drinks. Align your brand to what is sure to be a very popular, fun feature and a former professional goalkeeper! Our visiting delegates could be stepping up to the spot and looking at the likes of Shilton or staring into the whites of Schmeichel s eyes as they step to score that amazing winner stood in front of your branding! 6 BRANDED COFFEE LOUNGE The Branded Coffee Lounge is a swanky area where people can come, grab a coffee and take the weight off their feet in a stylish Airport Departure Lounge style location. Aligning your brand with the Coffee Lounge means not only will you have the thanks of all the visitors collecting a free coffee, you will also have your logo and company message in an extremely popular area of the show. A number of different options will be available in terms of style, layout, snacks and drinks. But we will work with you to make sure the Coffee Lounge accurately reflects your brand. 7 FLOOR TILES 500mm² tiles are cut into the aisle at agreed locations and are an effective tool in helping direct traffic to the stand or boosting exposure in areas of high visitor traffic. There is an opportunity for exhibitors to have their stand listing & location enhanced on each board & their logo also accredited. Thus helping visitors locate and navigate your stand with ease. 8 Lunch Ticket Day 1 Don t lose this ticket! You will need to hand in this ticket and show your delegate badge at a catering point to get your lunch on Day 1 MASSAGE POINT Proudly display your brand and a way for the delegates and visitors to unwind whilst onsite in a dedicated treatment area and waiting lounge. One welcome steward and three professional masseuses will offer different types of massage to relieve stress and tension, creating a memorable and relaxing impression in the minds of the attendees. Branded sponsor s t-shirts worn by the relaxation area team (to be supplied by the sponsor) and branded pillows (to be supplied by the sponsor) Investment: 9, VAT LUNCH VOUCHER We re all aware of the growing costs of eating at event venues. This package allows you to provide your peers and high-level conference attendees with lunch during the event. All eligible persons will receive a lunch voucher with your logo and message on it. 9 COMMUNITY CONFERENCE THEATRE Global Offshore Wind 2018 will host a new feature in The Community Conference Theatre. Here our Exhibitors and sponsors will have the chance to present their own topics in 45 minute sessions to an audience made up of Exhibition and Conference visitors.
