2 Introduction This brochure is designed to explain how I will work with you to create a Google Adwords campaign that regularly delivers new clients to your law firm. This is the sole purpose of your campaign. It should consistently deliver new clients to you without you having to do anything before speaking with the client to explain how you can help them. I expect your campaign to deliver a minimum of three times to one return on investment. Once we achieve this (usually within the first three months) we will then work on driving that return on investment up, but we are then starting from a profitable position. I have many clients generating more than 10 times their return on investment, such that if they are spending 1,500 in total with Google fees and my fees they expect to generate income of 15,000 or more. Why Me? I believe that there are three main reasons why using my services will benefit your firm over and above any other provider: I specialise only in marketing legal services and have done so since In this time I have spent my own money promoting legal services using Google Adwords and managed spend exceeding 2,000,000 for my law firm clients. I use all of the lessons learned from this experience to ensure that your Adwords campaign works well for you; I won t act for your competition. Once I have a niche legal service provider or a general firm in one location, you lock me out from acting for your competition. Whilst most Adwords companies will act for several law firms in one sector, I will not do this due to the conflict. I am a law firm marketing expert. I will run your Adwords campaign for you but I will also advise you on all aspects of selling legal services to ensure that the work we do together makes you more efficient at selling your services to all clients, whether they find you through Adwords or another marketing medium.

4 My Service My Google Adwords Management Service includes the following: 1. Advice on improvements to your website to ensure that when visitors are delivered to it from Google Adwords they will be encouraged to make contact with you; 2. Setting up or improving your Google Adwords campaign to ensure that it produces a regular and consistent flow of targeted visitors to your website by: a. Setting up highly targeted keyword groups; b. Targeting positions one to three in the Google results; c. Split testing advertisement copy to drive more visitors for less cost; d. Using Extensions to ensure that your advertisement uses as much of the display space available to you to deliver more visitors to your website; e. Using location settings to ensure that potential clients close geographically close to you are delivered to your website. f. Regularly adding keywords to drive more visitors to your website; g. Regularly adding negative keywords to stop attracting visitors that are unlikely to use your services (e.g. people targeting free advice around your area of legal expertise). 3. A bi-monthly call with you to review performance which is not only related to the Google Adwords campaign, but also includes advice on converting more enquiries into new clients, pricing of your services and all other aspects of profitability of the campaign. 5 Terms Of Engagement If you accept my terms of engagement I will work with you to ensure your success in running a Google Adwords Campaign. Working together involves: Setting up a Google Adwords campaign for you to promote your legal services (initial set up fee of 500 plus VAT waived) For new campaigns; applying a Google Adwords voucher to your campaign once it is created (as a Google Partner a matched funding voucher. These range from 75 to 120 for the first months spend, depending on available offers at the time you join Google Adwords). Monthly management of your campaign to add new keywords, rewrite advertisement copy etc. to ensure the campaign improves over time. A telephone call to review figures and suggest improvements. Acceptance Of Terms: I would like to accept your terms, and I understand the following rules of engagement apply: I will take the action recommended by you to improve the Google Adwords campaign performance. I will advise you of work generated by the Adwords campaign by completing a monthly spreadsheet showing estimated costs so that you can ensure the campaign is profitable for us. I understand that the payment terms to set up and manage one campaign are 950 plus VAT per month, payable by your Gocardless payment provider upon agreement of these terms and then monthly on the same date which includes one major campaign with a spend of up to 1,500. Additional campaigns or blocks of spend above 1,500 are charged at 300 per month. I understand that the notice period to end this retainer is one full calendar month. Signed:... Dated:.
