2 About the Event Target: Adults, teenagers, and children of all ages in a family oriented environment. Goals: Present an event that allows consumers direct access to exhibitors and encourages continued participation after the event. Allow exhibitors to showcase their products and service. To have a family fun event for the eastern Idaho. To provide a venue that will allow the community to enjoy an all-you-can-eat ice cream event with the proceeds going to benefit the Idaho Falls Arts Council youth programs. FACT: The Idaho Falls Scoop Jam was started in 2009 and has seen continued growth year after year. This year we expect over 4, % of consumers love ice cream and July is National Ice Cream Month.
