2 OVERVIEW: The PBS Technology Conference draws hundreds of technical decision-makers representing over 350 public television stations throughout the country. No other event provides the opportunity to reach such a targeted audience in the public broadcasting community. We produce and ship each of these branded items for you. In order to meet delivery dates, the deadline for these opportunities is Friday, January 31, Booth discount is not valid with these add-on opportunities. Conference Notebook $7,500 Notebooks are branded with your company logo and used daily by attendees for session notes. Conference Bag $6,000 Our popular TechCon bags will be in the hands of all attendees. Your company logo will be visible on the front of each high-quality bag when you sign up for this sponsorship. (To be shared with no more than 2 other sponsoring companies.) You will also receive the opportunity to provide one complimentary insert. Luggage Tag $5,500 Tags with your company logo will be distributed to all attendees and can be attached to any bag for easy identification. Expanded Agenda at a Glance * $5,500 *Enhanced for 2014!* In an effort to reduce paper usage and waste, PBS has decided to discontinue production of the larger printed conference program, so our new and improved Agenda-at-a-Glance will be in even greater demand this year! These convenient, quick-reference pocket schedules contain all of the critical meeting agenda details of our program, feature your logo, and are used daily by all attendees. PBS will produce and ship each of these branded items for you. Conference Lanyard $5,500 Highly visible lanyards with your company logo are worn daily by all attendees for sessions, meals, and events.

7 Additional Sponsorship Opportunities: Mobile App Exclusive $5,500 Achieve maximum exposure on our mobile show guide. Your logo or graphical ad will be displayed on the opening page and will be viewed by all visitors. Our mobile guide includes all meeting and event schedules and information. Attendees will see your branding every time they reference the guide for directions or conference details. Artwork specifications are provided upon receipt of the sponsorship contract. PBS TechCon Scholarship $5,000 Your company directly helps PBS member stations attend the meeting. Five PBS station staff members are awarded (based on applications) free registration + 3 nights hotel. Your company is recognized on Scholarship-related communications, via the website and on-site in Las Vegas. Mobile App Banner Ads (5 available) $1,500 Company logo plus 50 character text message will appear on the bottom of our mobile guide pages. Increase your exposure, spread your message and increase foot traffic to your booth. Mobile banner ads are effective, interactive, and eco-friendly. Breakout Room Signage $2,000 Attendees will see your company logo at every glance as they enter Breakout Rooms during the entire PBS TechCon. Your company logo will be included on an 8.5 x 14 sign insert containing the Session title. Charging Stations (2 available) $1,000 Your company will be acknowledged on signage and on our website as sponsor of our Chargepod stations, which charge multiple mobile devices at one time, in one location. Your company logo will be on display near the charging stations in the General Session ballroom and Cyber Center as an additional branding opportunity. Promotional Materials in Conference Bags $1,000 This year s bag will hold all of your meeting essentials, including your special item. This item represents one paper insert or one promotional item. No assembly or collation services will be provided. PBS will provide shipping details in advance of the meeting and must be followed to ensure inclusion. Please budget for approximately 500 pieces.

8 Exhibit Opportunities: The PBS Technology Conference offers an excellent opportunity for you to reach the key decision-makers within public broadcasting s engineering, IT, and traffic communities. This year s Exhibit Hall will be strategically located in the same space as the General Session ballroom, which will result in all traffic into the General Session ballroom will pass through the Exhibit Hall. The space will be open during and after the conference to allow attendees numerous opportunities to visit your booth. To further drive traffic to your booth, all breakfast meals, all breaks, and the Thursday evening cocktail reception are located in (or near) the Exhibit Hall to ensure that attendees get extra time to stop by for conversation and product demonstrations. Along with the space, the exhibit fee includes access to all conference sessions, evening extras, and meals/reception for two exhibitors. More than two people working at your booth? Extra representatives may register for the conference at a discounted rate. As a reminder, Basic Exhibitor space DOES NOT include: electricity, internet connectivity, furniture rental, shipping, or storage costs. Those must be ordered separately via Freeman.
