Signing the contract means the acceptance of the advertising general conditions of the exhibition. The information, design and the definitive artwork presented on the logos, as well as the images or materials required to carry out the actions included in the contract, shall be provided by the exhibitor as requested and according to the dates and types specified by Feria Valencia. If the exhibitor does not meet these dates, Feria Valencia shall not be considered responsible for not fulfilling the obligations of the contract. These rates are for exhibitors participating in 207. 13 CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION.. Rules of participation for the Green Line Commitment and mutual trust between the exhibitor and the organisers are essential to ensuring that this project achieves the recognition and quality that we all hope for. The organisation will not, under any circumstances, be judging the products and services of companies that decide to take part in The Green Line. You can promote a maximum of 5 products, services or initiatives which are ecological or care in some way for the environment (through their use or production: saving water, saving energy, lowering emissions of CO2 and other gases, products/services that are safe for human, animal and plant life, etc.). Other aspects that can be promoted include measures that make transport more efficient, that reduce packaging, that use renewable energy in the place of manufacture, that employ electrical vehicles or any other actions that have been designed to lessen our impact on the environment. The filter used to screen products will be that of the market itself, professionals will evaluate and test the products/services to ascertain their attributes (recyclable, biodegradable, production traceability, eco-efficient, etc.). It is best to present only products that have been awarded some sort of green certification or accreditation. Participating companies must provide any required information such as specific standards, DIN/ISO regulations, green protocols, certificates, organic seals, etc. 2. How the Green Line works during Hygienalia+Pulire The Green Line is a special route which stops at each of the stands of companies who have previously registered as participants. Participation costs 300+VAT. Each exhibitor can present a maximum of 5 products/services/ actions. These will form a part of the green area both on the event s website and in the green dossier which will be prepared for the specialised media. At the show, each exhibiting company will receive a special sign which will mark their stand as a Station. This should be placed in a visible spot in the stand and will accredit the company as a participant in the Green Line. It can be used prior to, during and after the event. Under no circumstances can this sign be used for commercial purposes within the stand. It is only a marker provided by the organisation to show that the stand is a Station. The sign must be clearly visible in the stand so that visitors can easily identify participating companies. 3. The Station sign in the stand. Only two station signs can be placed in the stand. 2. The organisation will provide two 297 x 420 mm units. 3. Exhibitors can make their own version of the sign as long as it follows the original design. 21 SHINE LINE CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION. Participation regulations Red Line At least 4 companies must participate in Shine Line and there must be no more than 8 participants. The companies who wish to participate in this demo area must be Hygienalia+Pulire exhibitors and may give at least demonstration per day and exhibit machine and/or crystallising liquid in this space. 2. Shine Line operation during Hygienalia+Pulire Shine Line consists of two areas, an exhibition area and a demonstration area. Demonstration area. This space consists of two areas of calcareous flooring, one of marble and one of terrazzo. Each company will carry out 3 demonstrations ( per day). One of these will be given on one type of flooring and two on the other type depending on the definitive timetable (this will be strictly in order of registration and cannot be modified). Each company may arrive hour in advance to prepare the flooring and remove the treatment of the previous demo; it will have hour to give its demonstration. This lighted space will have an electrical panel and a power point for the machines. Each company will have a hand and/or lavalier microphone for explaining the process during its demonstration and for the preliminary presentation. Exhibition area. Adjacent to the demo area, an exhibition area (of approx. x m) will be prepared for each company in which it may exhibit machine and/or crystallising liquid. 25 CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION. Rules for Participating in the Solidarity Line Each exhibitor may present only one Solidarity project or activity (whether national or international). When evaluating the merits of a proposal, organisers will not consider either positively or negatively its cost, time and/or human resources in assessing the benefit to the target community. Activities and/or projects will be accorded equal importance whether they have already received an award or any other kind of recognition for their work or have not yet been made public. Projects that will be regarded as being of Corporate or Business Social Responsibility include those that respect human rights and advance decent working conditions, that respect the environment, that are within the law, that ensure the equitable distribution of wealth while promoting a reduction in social inequalities and encouraging development and the generation of local wealth, that involve staff in good practices vis a vis local communities, various institutions or society in general and that, above all, have a philanthropic dimension. The accuracy of the information provided will be evaluated by the market itself. Fellow professionals will determine whether such activities or projects are truly altruistic and philanthropic in intent, rather than merely seeking to improve a brand s image. 2. How The Solidarity Line Works During Hygienalia+Pulire Solidarity Line is a special route with a stop at each stand belonging to companies that have previously signed up to take part. Each exhibitor can present only one social action program. This will feature in the Solidarity Zone of both the event s website and the dossier of new activities that is prepared for the specialized media At the show, each exhibiting company will receive a special sign which will mark their stand as a Station. This should be placed in a visible spot in the stand and will accredit the company as a participant in the Solidarity Line. It can be used prior to, during and after the event. Under no circumstances can this sign be used for commercial purposes within the stand. It is only a marker provided by the organisation to show that the stand is a Station. 3.
