2 HONOREES José Arias Dairy Worker. CRLA Client in Two Historic Worker Rights Victories José Arias has worked as a dairy worker for 27 years. He enjoys being a milker, it is year-round employment and it is the way he has provided for his family. He has been married for over 22 years and has four children. He resides in the Central Valley. In his free time, he spends time with his family. Willie Hernandez Vice President and Deputy General Counsel Office of the General Counsel Hewlett Packard Enterprise Willie Hernandez is a Board Member of the Silicon Valley Urban Debate League (SVUDL), an organization that reaches students at low-income high schools and teaches them competitive debate. Willie also serves on the advisory board of Santa Clara County La Raza Lawyers Association. Mark Stone Assemblymember California s 29th Assembly District Mark Stone represents the people of California s 29th Assembly District, which includes portions of Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, and Monterey Counties. Now in his third term as a state legislator, he has earned his reputation as a leader helping California s most vulnerable residents.
