If the event start date is less than 30 days from contract submission, payment must be received immediately. No branding or promotion will take place until full payment is received. If payment is not received in the time frame specified above, your sponsorship will be released and made available for sale again by WBA. CANCELLATION POLICY: Substitutions are allowed at no additional cost. Written notice is required for all substitutions/cancellations. The full registration fee will be refunded if written notice is received by Friday, November 30, 2018 and 50 percent if between Friday, November 30 and Friday, December 7. No refunds will be provided after December 7. Registrations made on or after December 7 are not subject to refund.
