1 Expo Partner Sponsorship Packages Closing Concert & Wood Floor of the Year Awards Dinner - Expo Partner Sponsor Leave a long-lasting impression by sponsoring this highly anticipated closing event concert and annual Wood Floor of the Year Awards. The evening packed closing event will begin with the Wood Floor of the Year Awards dinner and end with an unforgettable live performance by a celebrity musical entertainer. In addition to all the advance promotion and on-site publicity your company will receive, we will help drive traffic to your booth throughout the entire show with an opportunity to win the Expo's Grand Prize: an autographed guitar by the closing concert's celebrity performer. Attendees will be encouraged to visit each sponsor's booth by submitting a pre-printed Grand Prize ticket, which will be included with their badge, to be eligible to win the grand prize that your company will present to the lucky winner at the closing event. 2 Welcome Reception - Expo Partner Sponsor Kick off the opening of the Wood Flooring Expo in style by sponsoring Wednesday night's Welcome Reception in Music City's brand new Omni Hotel that includes networking, food, cash bar and live music. This sponsorship package is built to increase your brand awareness in advance and at the Expo, as well as drive traffic to your booth during the trade show. The Cyber Café will provide all Wood Flooring Expo attendees the opportunity to check and connect with colleagues and friends during the Expo. 6 Beer Sponsor at Expo Trade Show Bring the traffic straight to your booth by serving beer in your booth! During the final hour of the trade show on Thursday (5pm-6pm), your company will have an opportunity to play host to thirsty customers! Your company's booth location will be highlighted on the trade show floor plan printed in the Convention Guide as a beer location sponsor. Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide logo branded cups for giveaways (not included in sponsorship price). (Sponsor will be responsible for the necessary space and electrical requirements for keg service in the booth with your choice of imported or domestic beer. *Power requirements are 110 volt/20 amp power supply per keg. If you don't have space inside your booth to provide beer service, show management will work with you to create a nearby location.) 7 Attendee Giveaway Sponsorships Name Badge Lanyards (SOLD) Lanyards are a great way to get your company noticed and will be visible throughout the Wood Flooring Expo. Your branded lanyards will be distributed to all attendees with their badges upon registration. Cost: $10,000 Limit: 1 company (SOLD) Hotel Room Keys/Cards Put your message in attendees' hands throughout the meeting with branded hotel room key cards. Everyone will be sure to see your company promotion throughout their stay, and will remember your company long after the Expo is over. Cost: $10,000 Limit: 1 company Attendee Bags All attendees will receive a tote bag or briefcase to carry their belongings and information they collect on the show floor or education sessions. Your company will have exclusive rights to have your logo and branding on the bag provided to every attendee at registration. Sponsor is responsible for providing the attendee bags with their printed sponsor logo or message. Cost: $5,000 Limit: 1 company Bottles of Water Provide engaged attendees with a bottle of water inside the main entrance on the trade show floor. This is a great opportunity for recognition on signage and water bottle labels, and will be available to all show attendees.. Cost: $3,500 Limit: 2 participants Expo T-Shirts What better way to stay top-of-mind with attendees than to sponsor the always-popular NWFA Wood Flooring Expo T-shirts? 8 Attendee and Registration Pens Maximize visibility by placing your message right in attendees' hands at the registration counters, inside education sessions and throughout the convention. Sponsor is responsible for providing the pens with their printed sponsor logo or message. Estimated quantity needed is 5,000 pens. Cost: $500 Limit: 1 participant Trade Show Prize Donation Sponsor Prizes will be awarded to lucky winning attendees during the Wood Flooring Expo's education sessions and/or trade show floor. As a prize sponsor, your company will donate a wood flooring product or service valued at more than $250 to be raffled off to attendees only. Attendees will be instructed to visit each sponsor's booth to submit their business card or prize drawing entry ticket to be eligible to win your prize.
