2 CONCEPT In an unprecedented cross-media campaign with a glamorously produced live show as the highlight, the Oscars are awarded to the best Swiss influencers. At the same time, the most promising talents are sought and rewarded. Strong media partners, its own TV format with eight episodes and a broad-based influencer and microinfluencer campaign ensure a permanent presence with a wide reach for 3 months. The sponsors are involved in the campaign right from the start and thus benefit from the reach of the influencers who have to deal with their products/services. Ultimately, the entire campaign also serves a good purpose, because the more people take part in the votes, the more money is collected for our NPO partner Pro Juventute.

3 INFLUENCER CATEGORIES Influencers are basically all people who reach many people through their social accounts and thus also have the potential to exert influence. At the Swiss Influencer Award we consciously concentrate on influencers who want to inspire people with their activities on social media. So we don't just consciously award prizes to prominent personalities who have a certain number of followers, but to influencers who consciously use these channels to transport a certain know-how. The categories of the Swiss Influencer Award are: - Fashion - Family - Beauty - Stars - Nutrition - Lifestyle - Health - Sports - International - Art

4 CRITERIA / JURY NOMINATION CRITERIA In February 2019, a pre-selection of 5 influencers per category (a total of 30 influencers) will be nominated. The main criteria are personality, creativity/innovativity, inspiration, relevance/influence, authenticity of profile and social feed. JURY 1x Felicitas Morhart, Professor of Marketing with expertise in Personal Branding. 1x Fabian Plüss, Influencer Marketing Expert 1x PR or Style Expert (TBD) 1x Claudia Lässer, celebrity with social media know-how 1x International or national influencer personality (TBD) 1 x Manuel Nappo, Head of MAS Digital Business HWZ

5 TALENTS In addition to the established influencers, for each category (except for "Stars") the most promising newcomer, i.e. "Talents". APPLICATION The "Talents" apply themselves for one or more categories with an Instagram Post using a specific hashtag. The posts will be displayed on our homepage and (if desired) on the homepage of the category sponsor. SELECTION BY VOTING & JURY The 10 talents with the most votes and another 10 talents determined by our jury (i.e. a total of 20 talents per category) will be entered into the final round and will have to master various tasks, so-called challenges. These are again voted and judged by a jury. At the end there will be 5 talents per category, which will be nominated for the Talent Award.

6 THE PROCEDURE (Influencer + Talents) 1. NOMINATION 5 INFLUENCER PRO KATEGORIE (FEBRUARY 2019): The nominees will be presented in a large-scale PR campaign (e.g. via our media partner 20 Minuten), as well as through our own channels. 2. CALL FOR APPLICATION TALENTS (FEBRUARY 2019): Talents are being sought. Call via media partner and own channels. Candidates apply via Instagram mail with a defined hash tag. 3. VOTING NOMINATED INFLUENCERS (FEBRUARY - APRIL 2019): With the nomination of the influencers, the public voting on their own website also begins. For everyone who registers for the voting, CHF 1,- will be donated to Pro Juventute. 4. VOTING TALENTS (FEBRUARY 2019): The voting of the talents per category will take place on our homepage and (if desired) on the website of the respective category sponsor.

7 THE PROCEDURE (Influencer + Talents) 5. CHALLENGES OF THE TALENTS WITH VOTING (MARCH, APRIL 2019): 20 talents per category will receive challenges to master. A voting decides which 5 Talents will be nominated for the SIA and invited to the event. 6. TV-Broadcasts ON TELECLUB ZOOM (MARCH, APRIL 2019): In each of the 8 programmes one category will be highlighted, the nominated influencers will be presented and challenges of the Talents will be judged. The audience will gain an insight into the world of influencers. 7. EVENT / LIVE TRANSMISSION (MAY 2019): The event will be produced in the style of an Oscar ceremony with the highest quality and shown live on TV and online. 8. PR-PREPROCESSING (MAY 2019): Post-production in our own channels, via our media partners and via Influencer and Micro Influencer.

8 THE CHALLENGES The best 20 talents in each category will each receive two challenges, which they must master as creatively and efficiently as possible. The first challenge involves the integration of a product from the respective category sponsor. The second challenge is the integration of one of the three main sponsors (not the same industry). The audience voting and the jury decide which 5 Talents will be nominated and invited to the Award Show. Sponsors presence: By integrating the product, the sponsors receive a unique presence on Instagram at the respective followers of the Talents as well as on our own platforms (homepage, social media). The number of likes and comments (commitment) are important evaluation criteria and the Talents will do everything in their power to achieve the widest possible reach.

9 THE SOCIAL HUB The own website is the central communication platform, the so-called "Social Hub". There the nominated influencers are introduced and the posts of all talents who have registered via Instagram are presented. Here all voting takes place, whereby the embedding of the voting into the channels of the sponsors and media partners is possible and desired. This social hub also collects /profiles for our own newsletter and finally it is the platform where donations are generated for our NPO partner Pro Juventute. Sponsors Presence: The sponsors are introduced and linked. An integration of the category voting with the Talents brings additional traffic to the partner sites. The posts from the challenges with sponsor integration gain an additional reach.

10 THE TV-FORMAT Teleclub Zoom produces its own SIA TV magazine with exciting content about to the topic with exclusive insights into the worlds of influencers. Each category will be presented in a separate programme, including the nominated influencers and the respective talents, whose challenges will be judged with a professional eye by the experienced influencers and a representative of the respective category sponsor. The spectator (follower) will get a personal insight into the life of his Influencer and also receives tips for their own social media activities. Sponsors presence: The sponsors are integrated into the program. Main sponsors with product placement, billboards and inserts. Categories Sponsors with product placement and sponsor board. In addition, a representative of the category sponsor will be invited to the show to assess the challenges.

11 THE EVENT On Thursday, 16 May 2019, the highlight and finale of the SIA campaign will be a perfectly staged and glamorous award show. The TV show will be produced to the highest quality standard and broadcast live on Teleclub Zoom. Our media partner 20 Minuten also streams the show live on 20minuten.ch. The show can then also be called up on demand at any time on various channels. The event will be held in the style of an Oscar ceremony and will be accompanied editorially and filmed with cameras from the backstage area via the red carpet to the stage. Digital players of the nominated influencers, international show acts and glamorous guests offer high entertainment value and generate (media) interest. Sponsors presence: Large LED walls guarantee an optimal presence on site. Single players show how Talents have mastered the challenges. Main sponsors are integrated into the TV with billboards and inserts. The partners receive a contingent of tickets. On-site presence by arrangement.
