2 is excited to present our 3rd annual fundraising Gala, Tails at Twilight, October 28, 2017 at Bayou Landing. This year s theme is A Spooktacular Event. Costumes are optional. You will enjoy dinner and drinks, live music and dancing as well as a silent auction and raffle. Our goals are to raise funds that will be used to care for abused, neglected, stray, and unwanted animals until they can be adopted into permanent homes; to assist in relieving over-population by spaying and neutering and to provide the community with humane education materials concerning animals. In order to meet these goals, we are asking for sponsorships from local businesses and individuals who want to improve our community. By giving to this annual event, you ll be supporting which was founded by local animal advocates and has been in operation for over 25 years. Your contributions will help provide assistance to a large population of animals in need. Included with this letter is a document describing in detail the different levels of sponsorship. Your donation will be recognized at our event in a variety of ways. As a Sponsor, your name will be placed on materials and banners that publicize the event as well as be announced at the event in October.
