2 ATA WORLD TOURISM CONFERENCE JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA 22 JULY - 26 JULY, 2019 The Africa Tourism Association (ATA) is the leading global trade association promoting travel and tourism to Africa and strengthening intra-africa partnerships. ATA will hold the World Tourism Conference (WTC) from 22 July through 26 July, 2019 in Johannesburg, South Africa. The conference, hosted by ATA in partnership with South Africa, will focus on innovative business models, best practices and strategic partnerships growing the tourism sector. The Conference will bring together government leaders, international investors, industry stakeholders, and travel professionals from across the globe to discuss how tourism can be utilized as a platform for resiliency, an engine for economic growth, and job creation through planning and communication, disruptive business models and strategies, leveraging creative industries and culture, emerging technologies, capacity building, and the development of strategic partnerships. This year ATA has partnered with Jacobs Media Group through the Global Travel and Tourism Resilience Council (formerly the regional ITCMS) to operate a one-day event focusing on recovery and resilience initiatives, the critical nature of crisis communications and planning for, during and after a crisis. 5 ATA WORLD TOURISM CONFERENCE ADDITIONAL WTC BRANDING OPPORTUNITIES Branded Content Creation / Media & Marketing Campaign ATA will work with local content creators to develop and curate compelling creative assets. Assets will be used in a global marketing activation - print and digital with content distributed on relevant channels. Partners will have full usage of custom content including images, event and BTS video, subject to terms. Costs vary dependent on scope. Welcome Reception $35,000 Attendees and exhibitors will be invited to a networking reception on the first day of the WTC. This is an opportunity to position your brand and give 5-7 minutes welcome remarks. Onsite Registration Check-in Sponsor $30,000 Everyone must pick up a badge. As the registration sponsor, your branding will be one of the first to be seen. Your logo will appear on directional signs to registration and also will be included on a minimum of 4 registration counters. You will also have an opportunity to provide one promotional item to be inserted into the conference bag. Digital branded content will also be displayed through the conference venue. Dinner Entertainment Sponsor $25,000 This exclusive sponsorship enables your organization to introduce the main performer or entertainment during the closing dinner. The Entertainment Sponsorship includes premier seating for 10 in the front of the room. African Chop House $25,000 African Chop House is a curated Pan-African experience that celebrates African culture through food, music, and conversation. Sponsorship includes special recognition to all conference participants through marketing, social media, website, conference app; signage via digital display at event venue; ad in ATA newsletter; access to content (images, video) for future promotional purposes. Sponsors will have name and logo recognition on all outreach during the contest and will take part in judging photos. Sponsor will also have brand recognition during the conference as a sponsor of the photography contest during the onsite slide show. Recognition of the photography contest will during the conference and sponsor will announce winner. Build Your Own Session $25,000 Highlight your organization s thought leadership or promote solutions to some of the industry s most pressing issues via a one-hour session held during the conference program. Brand the inside and outside of the meeting room with your banner and market your session via app and one-pager inserted into the conference bag. Exhibit Hall Luncheon $20,000 Conference attendees are invited to a complimentary lunch in the exhibit hall. The sponsor will have their branding featured within the hall and an option to display collateral. Conference Bag $15,000 One of the most highly visible conference sponsorships, the conference bag is given to all attendees at registration. Sponsor receives one side of the bag for logo or advertisement while the ATA logo will be imprinted on the reverse side.

Mobile App $15,000 The conference app will be used by attendees to view the program, speakers and special events. App users will receive one/day notifications of any advertisement you would like to push out on the app. Sponsorship includes exclusive identification as the App sponsor, company logo on the App banner. Coffee Break (morning or afternoon) $10,000 Sponsor a morning or afternoon coffee break in the exhibit hall and have your branding and materials featured for the early morning and mid-morning breaks. Delegate Bag Inserts $2,500 The sponsor will have the opportunity to insert one piece of collateral into the conference delegate bags, distributed to all conference attendees.
