4 Reggae on the River 32nd ANNUAL The iconic Reggae on the River, one of the longest running reggae music events worldwide celebrates its 32nd year this summer with thousands of attendees and a stellar line-up of performers. Reggae On The River Live Stream Advertising Packages Deadline for ROTR Live Stream is June 15th. This year we are happy to officially offer a live stream of Reggae On The River throughout the 4-day festival! This will enable fans the world over to enjoy the entire festival (for free!) in their homes throughout Reggae on the River weekend, August 4-7. Last year, with virtually no pre-livestream promotion to the public, the 2015 ROTR video stream drew over 7000 independent viewers! This year, there will be pre-livestream promotion online and through print media, so we expect to see a huge increase in viewership. 6 12th ANNUAL 26th ANNUAL Humboldt Hills Hoedown September Come September, the Mateel will be opening up the hall and the back 40 for a heaping helping of bluegrass, country, and American roots music with the 12th Annual Humboldt Hills Hoedown. With musical acts playing on two stages from high noon until midnight, a mechanical bull, country games and dance, Hoedown is steadily gaining a devoted following. David Grisman, Lacy J. Dalton, Devil Makes Three, Sam Bush, and Peter Rowan are some of great talent who have graced Hoedown stages. Humboldt Hemp Fest November Attracting attendees from all over California and neighboring states, Humboldt Hemp Fest will celebrate its 26th anniversary this November 11-13, 2016 at the Mateel Community Center. The fun starts with a Friday evening of comedy. On Saturday, the hall morphs into full festival mode or an all-day celebration of live music, dance, speakers, vendor/ info booths and more. On Sunday the hall is set up for the Hemp Fest Forum, featuring a panel of experts who will discuss everything from legalization, to marketing and regulations. All told, Hemp Fest Makes for a lively, fun & informative weekend.
