Sponsorships are offered individually in this brochure. You can also create a package that can include year long sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorship will give you visibility before attendees enter the exhibit area. Onsite registration sponsor will also be able to leave a single page flyer on the fill-in tables inviting attendees to their booth. Investment: $7,000 Online Registration Kick off your preshow marketing with recognition to EVERY pre-registered attendee. About 90% of LSN attendees register by accessing the online registration forms.! Sponsorships are reserved on a first come basis. The 2013 sponsors have first right of renewal for any area or item they sponsored. All renewals must be confirmed by September 27, Education and Special Programs General Session/Keynote NEW - 2nd General Session! Sponsorship includes recognition during the general session and the opportunity to briefly address the audience while welcoming that days speaker. Investment: $10,000 (per day) 2 Opportunities Available Honoring Excellence Awards Program LSN honors members who have gone above and beyond their call of duty in their organizations. Sponsors are recognized in the call for nominations and can announce the program during the awards presentation onsite. Investment: $6,000 Knowledge Network Live - IGNITE LSN The Knowledge Network Live is an interactive educational area located in the heart of the expo floor that gives exhibitors an opportunity to highlight their niche and attendees to receive additional education outside of the classroom setting. Sponsorship of the Knowledge Network Live will include recognition in all preshow marketing piece for this area as well as onsite signage and program recognition. Investment: $5,000 Leadership LSN The fellows in this program are up and coming decision makers in the senior living field. Both the fellows who have completed the inaugural year and the new class will be honored at Annual Meeting. Your sponsorship includes recognition as a sponsor during this portion of Annual Meeting as well as at the other LeadershipLSN classes through the state later in the year. Investment: $5,000 4 Opportunities Available! Education Session Tracks Track sponsorship will give you recognition in the advance online program, final program and near the session rooms onsite. Investment: $1,500 3 Opportunities Available Breakfast Attendee breakfast is available all three days for those getting an early start on the days events. Investment: $2,000 2 Opportunities Available Lunch Lunch is served on the expo floor. The general session lets out just before lunch, bringing a large number of attendees to expo floor. Sponsor the food service areas, which includes being able to leave promotional sheets/flyers on the lunch tables. Investment: $3,000 2 Opportunities Available Reception on the Expo Floor - NEW for 2014 The opening reception will take place Wednesday, April 30 on the expo floor after the last sessions are completed. Exhibitors can take part as hosts by having appetizers served from their booth. Attendees will receive a map highlighting which exhibiting companies have what food items. Investment: $1,000 for in-booth food station 20 Opportunities Available Exhibitors can also host the bar(s) at the reception. Beverages will be distributed from the bars at the ends of the aisles, and sponsorship recognition will be provided at the bar. Investment: $3,500 3 Opportunities Available Around Town Hotel Keycards Include your company name, logo and booth number on the hotel keycards at both of the official LSN Annual Meeting hotels, making sure that you are visible throughout outside of the expo floor. Investment: $4,000 Attendee Parking Attendees can come to your booth for prepaid parking tickets. Call for Details Window Signs NEW for 2014 Guide attendees from the parking garage to the expo hall with directional window signs with your company logo. Investment: 2,500 Program Distribution Bins Annual Meeting programs will be placed in common areas of the convention center for attendees to grab their program and session locator. 5 Pre Show Marketing Exhibitor Upgrades Expo Guide Banner Ad/Logo Only $ Banner Ad/Logo with 30 word description $ The Expo Guide is an electronic Expo Floor marketing piece sent out to all registered attendees the three weeks prior to the conference to highlight the special features, networking opportunities, the full exhibitor list and more. It is also included in WeekNews prior to the conference. You can include your banner and/or banner ad with description to enhance your preshow marketing campaign. (Please note this is in addition to the profile listing you have online and in the final program directory as part of your exhibit benefits. ) New Product Showcase - New for 2014 New Product Showcase Entry: $ each Limit 3 product entries per exhibiting company. Reserve your New Product Showcase spot and receive visibility online before, during and after LSN s Annual Meeting as well as onsite recognition at the Expo. This is a very cost-effective way to help drive traffic to your booth. Your online New Product listing will include your company name, product name, booth number, website address and 50 word description. A copy of your listing will also be included in the final program in a special New Product Showcase section. To qualify, your product or service must be NEW to LSN members. This means something that was introduced after LSN s 2013 Annual Meeting. 7 LSN Sponsorship Commitment Form This document serves as the official and binding contract for sponsors of LSN events and activities, including Annual Meeting and Senior Living Conference. This sponsorship agreement is between LSN (Life Services Network) and (Company Name) on (Date) and applies to events/activities through (Date/Year). Terms and Conditions LSN will provide sponsorship recognition through event marketing materials and onsite. Sponsoring company agrees to allow LSN to use the sponsor s logo and website to fulfill the recognition and promotion. Sponsoring company will provide logo in an EPS and JPEG format for inclusion in materials and signage. When applicable, a sponsor display table will be provided for sponsor company s promotional materials/ brochures. Sponsor can promote their sponsorship status on marketing materials during the term of their sponsorship agreement: Official LSN Sponsor. (Option available to include level of sponsorship ie: Official LSN Gold Sponsor). Payment of sponsorship fees must be paid within thirty days of execution of this agreement. Payment schedule options must be approved by LSN Finance Director. Fulfillment of sponsorship benefits will not begin until payment is received or alternate payment schedule is agreed upon. Sponsorship fees are non- refundable. In the event of cancellation of a sponsored event, LSN will refund sponsor fee, less an amount not to exceed 20% to cover expenses incurred. Sponsor will be offered alternative sponsorship event to apply sponsorship fees to if alternative event is acceptable. To take advantage of the marketing benefits associated with a sponsor s package, materials must be submitted in the format and by the deadline specified in the individual specs sheet provided for each event. Both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
