2 BMW Club Queensland BMW Club Queensland is one of the most active, inventive and professionally run car clubs in Australia. Our club ethos of Inclusion and Acceptance promoting members ranging from University Students through to CEOs has resulted in our membership representing a wide cross section of the community. We set the standard for club activities and membership engagements with a 2015 calendar boasting over 70 scheduled club events. BMW Club Queensland was first formed in the early 1970s being the longest running BMW car club in Australia. The fact that some of the original members of the club are still members today bears testimony to the club spirit we put above all else. The Club boasted around 25 members at that time, and was supported by Ira Berke Motors, the Queensland BMW Distributor. Due to changing circumstances, the membership dwindled to around 5 before the Club entered a hiatus in the late 1970 s. It reformed in the early 80s and has steadily increased its membership. Signature events have always been a large part of life in BMW Club Queensland, having hosted six BMW Clubs Australia National Rallies since Driver Training, Motorsport and Social meetings form the backbone of the Club s activities. The club currently has over 320 members, led by a very pro- active committee. Our members enter a myriad of events, from racing in many categories to social activities, charity work and club displays. Being an Official BMW Club offers great opportunities to members, as the club is a member of the BMW Clubs International Council. This means members can participate in BMW Club activities all over the world when they are travelling.

3 General Advertising Advertising opportunities are available in our tri- annual club magazine The Bimmer on an issue by issue basis. We also offer commercial advertising placement directly within our various digital channels. Advertising with the Club has many advantages;! Targeted Demographic. The club m embership is a group of like m inded, BMW driving enthusiasts. The opportunities to target this group directly should not be underestimated.! Trusted Channel. Advertising through the Bimmer or via any of our digital media outlets comes with sense of pre approved that can only come by targeted paid advertising, rather than a scatter gun approach of traditional web advertising. Magazine The Bimmer is a leading publication, setting high standards for club magazines across the country. It is distributed free of charge to all club members and various commercial operations ranging from Coffee Shops, Mechanical Workshops through to BMW Dealerships. Member supplied articles, special interest features and reports on recent club activities dominate this popular publication. Your advertisement will be highly targeted and therefore concentrates your advertising dollar. Quarter and Half page spaces are available for general advertisers. For larger ads, see our sponsorship options. Club Website Our Club s actively used website is available for banner advertising placement. These ads reach the members only section of the site. Banner ads offer a unique opportunity to target highly specific information to the m embership for specific periods of time. Speak with our Webmasters for details of the specific timing and content options available. Facebook The club s Facebook page is very actively followed, with 1000 s of views per week from the club members and the public alike. Your Facebook ad will run in 1 week blocks and can be optionally pinned to the top of the site. 4 Club Sponsorship Sponsorship Advantages BMW Club Queensland actively seeks closer relationships with individuals or organizations willing to participate beyond simply taking advantage of our unique advertising channels. As a Club Sponsor, you demonstrate active support of the club as well as furthering your own commercial endeavors. In doing so, you are showing that you are willing to actively contribute to a group of like minded individuals who come together with a common interest in all things BMW. You are aligning yourself with a club that shows professionalism at all levels, with a demonstrable contribution to charitable works in the local community. We encourage you to leverage your sponsorship of the club in other advertising and promotional activities. To this end, all sponsors receive a quality wall plaque to proudly display their association with the BMW Club Queensland. Sponsorship Levels Sponsorships are available in a number of levels, ranging from our entry point at Bronze level, right through to our prestigious Platinum level. Only one Platinum level sponsor is allowed at any one time, and access to this level is reserved for those organization requiring a high profile association with the Club, together with a desire to significantly contribute to the ongoing success of the organization. Sponsorship Participation Limits Different levels of sponsorship have different levels of concurrent contribution allowed. Bronze level has no limit to the number of concurrent sponsors, whereas Platinum has a limit of 1 Unique Opportunity for 2017 The BMW Club Queensland will be hosting the BMW Clubs Australia Nationals in Platinum Sponsorship at this time will guarantee very high exposure to a national audience via news print and TV media interest in the event, and will enable the sponsor to have a unique presence at the 3 day show. 5 Club Sponsorship Bronze Bronze level is our entry level sponsorship. It enables the contributor to access the benefits of sponsorship mainly focused on discounted advertising rates via bundled inclusions. As a Bronze sponsor, you are able to take advantage of the following advertising and promotional offers. You will also be listed in the Bronze sponsors section of The Bimmer and receive a wall plaque stating your sponsorship level for the year. Sponsor Contribution $1100 p.a. Participation Unlimited Bimmer Advertising You will receive allocation for 1 x ½ Page ad in The Bimmer in each publication for one year. i.e. 3 issues. Placement of the ad will be at the discretion of the editor. You will supply the content, which may be changed for each issue. Facebook Access to submit up to 4 x Facebook ad s on the club page within a 12 month period. Each ad will be presented on the site for a period of 1 month. You may choose when your ad s run. 6 Club Sponsorship Silver Silver level sponsorship brings with it excellent savings and wider exposure to our membership via further discounts on bundled advertising packages. As a Silver sponsor, you are able to take advantage of the following advertising and promotional offers. You will also be listed in the Silver sponsors section of The Bimmer and receive a wall plaque stating your sponsorship level for the year. Sponsor Contribution $2200 p.a. Participation Limited to 10 Bimmer Advertising You will receive allocation for 1 x ½ Page ad in The Bimmer in each publication for one year. i.e. 3 issues plus a second ¼ page ad in each publication. Placement of the ads will be at the discretion of the editor. You will supply the content, which may be changed for each issue. Facebook Access to submit up to 8 x Facebook ad s on the club page within a 12 month period. Each ad will be presented on the site for a period of 1 month. You may choose when your ad s run. They may run at specific times based on your own promotional scheduled, or placed back to back for eight months. 7 Club Sponsorship Gold As a Gold Level Sponsor, your options for advertising and general exposure to the club are greatly enhanced through the ability to have naming rights on selected club events, and full page advertising opportunities. As a Gold sponsor, you are able to take advantage of the following advertising and promotional offers. You will also be listed in the Gold sponsors section of The Bimmer and receive a wall plaque stating your sponsorship level for the year. Sponsor Contribution $5500 p.a. Participation Limited to 3 Bimmer Advertising You will receive allocation for 2 x ½ Page ads or 1 x Full Page ad in The Bimmer in each publication for one year. i.e. 3 issues. Placement of the ad will be at the discretion of the editor. You will supply the content, which may be changed for each issue. Facebook Access to submit up to 10 x Facebook ad s on the club page within a 12 month period. Each ad will be presented on the site for a period of 1 month. You may choose when your ads run. Naming Rights You are able to negotiate with our committee for naming rights to one of our highly successful club events. For example, you may choose to nominate a club drive as the Your Company Name Breakfast Run. It would be referred to as this name in all Club promotion and you would be publically acknowledged as the major sponsor on the event day. Membership Inclusion You will receive up to 5 complimentary full club memberships able to be used by BMW owner/drivers of your choice. Nominated members must comply with normal joining criteria.

8 Club Sponsorship Platinum Platinum is our premium sponsorship offering. As our Platinum sponsor, you will be acknowledged at every club meet, have a keynote address opportunity at our Annual Gala Ball and have exclusive Inside Front, Inside Back and Back page advertising opportunities in The Bimmer. As our Platinum sponsor, you are able to take advantage of the following advertising and promotional offers. You will also be listed as our Platinum sponsor at the top of the sponsors section of The Bimmer and receive a premium wall plaque stating your sponsorship level for the year. You will be able to create your own marketing around being our premium sponsor, and leverage the active role you are playing in supporting our Club. Sponsor Contribution $11000 p.a. Participation Limited to 1 Bimmer Advertising You will receive allocation for 2 x 1 Page advertising ads plus 2 x ½ Page ads in The Bimmer in each publication for one year. i.e. 3 issues. Placement of the ads will be at your discretion. You will supply the content, which may be changed for each issue. Facebook Access to submit up to 24 x Facebook ad s on the club page within a 12 month period. Each ad will be presented on the site for a period of 2 weeks. You may choose when your ads run. They may run at specific times based on your own promotional scheduled, or placed back to back for any period. Naming Rights You are able to negotiate with our committee for naming rights to any of our highly successful club events. The Your Company Name - Best Car of Show award. Keynote Speaker You or your representative may present a keynote speech at our Gala Ball and Awards Night. This is the perfect opportunity to present your company in a unique way to the members, and cement your relationship with the club. You will also receive a complimentary table for 10 for yourself and your guests at the night. A perfect opportunity to bring along your own key customers to a great night. Membership Inclusion You will receive up to 10* complimentary full club memberships able to be used by BMW owner/drivers of your choice. * Nominated members must comply with normal joining criteria.

10 Club Sponsorship Motorsport Our Motorsport sponsorship is a unique opportunity. It is designed as a dedicated sponsorship to link you and/or your company directly with the active Motorsport activities of the Club. As with our Platinum Sponsor, there is only one Motorsport Sponsor at any one time. By becoming our Motorsport sponsor, your are directly linking your company s image and profile with the most dynamic part of club life Track days. Your sponsorship contribution will aid in ensuring we get track time for all drivers, and allow us to confirm participation much earlier than normally possible. It also allows us to contain the total cost to members to participate in Motorsport events. If you or your company love motorsport, this is the Sponsorship offering for you. Sponsor Contribution $5500 p.a. Participation Limited to 1 Facebook You will receive a permanent single Facebook ad on our active Facebook page. You will have your own associated Motorsport Facebook page naming you as the Motorsport Sponsor in the page profile picture. This page will actively promote all Motorsport related news and activity. Club Website You will have a permanent banner ad on our clubs Motorsport page available not only members but the general public. Naming Rights All Club Races days will be named for your company, and will be referred as this name in all club correspondence. E.g. The Your Company Name Street Sprints Series 2015.
