2 The Colorado Hunter Jumper Association Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor of the 2017 Estes Park Hunter Jumper Horse Shows, presented by the Colorado Hunter Jumper Association and produced and managed by Collman Equestrian Productions. The Colorado Hunter Jumper Association, a 501(c) 4 non-profit organization run by volunteer horse enthusiasts, is seeking sponsorship for its premier horse show series occurring annually in Estes Park during the months of July and August. The Estes Park Hunter Jumper Horse Shows began over 40 years ago as a single-week event in one arena. Over the years, it has grown in size and now takes place over three weeks and attracts more than 600 horses and an estimated 1500 riders, trainers, owners, friends and family members from around the country. As one of the oldest and longest running hunter jumper horse shows in Colorado, its reputation as a quality event in a resort destination has made it the place to be for hunter jumper fans. By supporting the Estes Park Horse Shows, you are promoting the sport of horsemanship and fostering the growth of a non-profit organization that donates to college scholarships, provides equine educational opportunities throughout the state and brings additional economic growth to the business community of Estes Park. 3 WEEKLY CLASS / EVENT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES Weekly sponsorship opportunities offered at the Estes Park Horse Shows are categorized into tier levels depending upon the sponsorship amount. Tiers offer specific benefits that increase with each higher level. Sponsorships are assigned to various classes and events based upon sponsor preference and availability. Tiers and benefits include: Bronze Tier Sponsorship - $250 Class or event named after sponsor Daily announcements in all competition rings Inclusion on the sponsor welcome page Silver Tier Sponsorship - $500 Includes Bronze Tier benefits plus: Facebook mentions on the CHJA Facebook page Signage in the horse show office One sponsor-provided banner displayed on show grounds Gold Tier Sponsorship - $1000 Includes Silver Tier benefits plus: Invitation to present awards in the designated class Inclusion in the exhibitor "swag bag" Logo and link on the CHJA website Platinum Tier Sponsorship - $2500 Includes Gold Tier benefits plus: One full page ad in the official horse show prize list Vendor opportunity for product or service Two sponsor-provided banners displayed on show grounds Diamond Tier Sponsorship - $5000 Includes Platinum Tier benefits plus: One full page ad in an issue of the CHJA Newsletter Two reserved preferred parking spaces Preferred seating during a designated class or event

4 WEEKLY HOSPITALITY SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES Weekly hospitality sponsorship opportunities are offered during the Estes Park Horse Shows. These include various exhibitor social functions and are categorized by sponsorship amount and benefits. Custom packages can also be created. Daily Fresh Fruit Sponsorship - $250 Complimentary fresh fruit, including apples and bananas, are available each morning of the show at the back gates of all of the competition rings and in the horse show office for the exhibitors, trainers and horses. One sponsorship per week. Sponsor signage on serving tables Announcements in all competition rings Hunt Breakfast Sponsorship - $350 A complimentary Hunt Breakfast is served to all of the exhibitors, trainers and staff before the Hunter Derby. One sponsorship per week. Includes above listed benefits plus: Sponsor meet and greet during event Thursday Sub Sandwich Sponsorship * - $500 A complimentary sub sandwich lunch is served to all of the exhibitors, trainers and staff on Thursdays. One sponsorship per week. Includes above listed benefits plus: Facebook mentions on the CHJA Facebook page Hospitality Lounge Sponsorship - $1000 A complimentary hospitality lounge, stocked with morning and afternoon snacks and beverages, is open every show day from 7:30am until 4:00pm. One sponsorship per week. Includes above listed benefits plus: Inclusion in the exhibitor "swag bag" Display product or services in lounge area Exhibitor s Dinner Sponsorship * - $2500 A complimentary dinner is served to all of the exhibitors, trainers and staff on Saturday evening of each week. One sponsorship per week. Includes above listed benefits plus: One full page ad in the official horse show prize list One sponsor-provided banner displayed on show grounds * Food and beverage service for these particular events is handled by the exclusive food vendor for the Estes Park Events Complex. These can be customized to meet the particular needs of the sponsor.
