2 Affiliate Marketing Program RAMP UP YOUR AFFILIATE MARKETING POWER The Williamsburg Area Association of REALTORS (WAAR) Affiliate Marketing Program offers an unparalleled opportunity to directly market and advertise your company to approximately 700 real estate professionals, managers, brokers and owners. There is no other single marketing source that allows this direct relationship with real estate professionals, offering opportunities to sponsor events & meetings, educational courses, advertise on the WAAR website and more! What is an Affiliate Marketing Program Partner? A Partner is a company or industry professional who provides valuable products and services of benefit to WAAR REALTOR members. A Partner chooses to align or partner with WAAR, in an effort to develop and strengthen business relationships and to increase networking opportunities with the REALTOR members. In addition, a Partner is an Affiliate member who chooses to take advantage of the numerous sponsorship and marketing opportunities available through the Affiliate Marketing Program. What makes this program effective? The Affiliate Marketing Program (AMP) enhances your current advertising and marketing strategies by increasing your company s visibility and commitment to the real estate profession, with the ultimate goal of increasing your company s market share and revenue. The 2017 Affiliate Marketing Program is designed to give you more control and predictability of your marketing and advertising dollars. Pay the annual fee to join the program, choose which events or programs you d like to sponsor and take advantage of the discounted pricing specifically for AMP members. Additionally, you have the option to take your partnership to the next level by becoming one of our elite Platinum, Gold or Silver AMP members. The choice is yours! We want the Affiliate Marketing Program to be as beneficial to your company as possible. Therefore, partners wishing to expand their participation in various events are encouraged to do so. 3 Entry Level Partnership Benefits: $500 Qualifies Company and one representative to become an Affiliate Marketing Partner (AMP) Entry Level Partner receives basic Affiliate member benefits. Value: $288 annual dues + $300 app. fee per representative o o o o o o o May attend business meetings, educational seminars and social functions as well as serve on WAAR committees. Access to the Association s Educational Facility to conduct meetings or seminars. Access to the Association s electronic communications on current industry news, updates on Association events, policy decisions, committee activities, etc. May instruct at seminars that are sponsored by the Association s Education Committee. Included on posted Affiliate roster on the WAAR website. May apply for limited access to the WMLS database for up to the minute sold information, statistical reports, member roster, tax records, and e mail. Receives the same membership privileges as REALTOR members with the exception of voting rights and holding positions on the Board of Directors. Note: Exception Affiliate members have voting rights at Committee levels. Additional company representatives may join for an additional $150 per representative. Community Service Event Sponsorships... $ 150 Dues Deadline Donuts Day Monday, October 30, 2017 Sweeten up one of the least appealing deadline days of the year for our REALTOR members. You bring the donuts and we ll supply the coffee together we ll help make the day a little sweeter for our members who come in to pay their dues before the deadline date of October 31. Beverage Carts (3 available) limit 1 sponsorship/company... $350 Opportunity to drive the beverage cart around the golf course throughout tournament play. WAAR provides beverages. In the event that all beverage carts are not sponsored, the current sponsors will be given first right of refusal upon the order their sponsorships were received. Bartend at beer kegs limit 2 sponsorships..... $150 This is a great opportunity to get to know the players while serving beer throughout the day. This sponsorship includes signage at the keg. WAAR provides the beer; you pour the drinks. Driving Range... $ 25 Increase your company name and logo recognition with signage at the Driving Range. The contract terms and conditions are established for the mutual benefit and protection of WAAR partners and WAAR itself. References made to partners and/or partnerships in no way constitute any form of legal partnership. In signing this agreement, you and your company agree to act as an Affiliate Marketing Partner (AMP) of WAAR, as indicated above and acknowledge that you and your company are responsible for paying the total amount due. WAAR will invoice according to instructions provided above for your selected partnership level. Happy Hour, bar and cocktail sponsorships are available. Monies must be received prior to the event in order to offer free alcohol to attendees. Eligibility: WAAR shall determine the eligibility of any company, product, or service. WAAR may decline sponsorship/partnership to any company who is not compatible, in the sole opinion of WAAR, with the goals and objectives of WAAR. WAAR reserves the right to cancel, without advanced notice, any partnership/sponsorship deemed to be in direct violation with the goals and objectives of the program for all partners. FORCE MAJEURE: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations under this contract due to events beyond its control, including, but not limited to, strikes, riots, wars, fire, acts of God, and acts in compliance with any applicable law, regulation or order (whether valid or invalid) of any governmental body. WAAR shall not be liable to indemnify or reimburse the Sponsor in request of any damages or loss, direct or indirect, arising as a result thereof.
