In the seven tournament stops the tour promoted, the response to these events has been very positive and rewarding for both spectators and players. We are looking forward to even bigger and better events with a larger number of spectators in this fastgrowing sport of Women s Billiards in Canada. As you may or may not be aware, the interest and attention of the women s billiard industry solely depends on amateur tours such as the Canadian Women s Pool Tour as a stepping-stone, to the Women s Professional Billiard Association as seen on TSN or ESPN. The cornerstone of this marketing opportunity is the media package that we have assembled. Canada s major billiard magazine Chalk and Cue, Inside Pool, Inside English, CFTO, the Toronto Star and the CWPT web site have been and continue to be part of these events. The advertising commitment is approximately $20,000 and last year our media partners did an exceptional job bringing all these events to the public. Please keep in mind, this package represents the minimum marketing and commitment that the Canadian Women s Pool Tour delivers. We are without a doubt open to any suggestions as to how we can support exposure for your company through other collaborative programs. 3 OUR GOAL The Canadian Women s Pool Tour qualifying events for the Women s Professional Billiard Association will commence in February of 2005, with the winner receiving a paid entry of $ U.S to compete against the top female billiard players from around the world. The 10 events, which we expect will draw over 30 competitors and over 100 spectators over the two-day event, will start at 12:00pm and finish the following day/night. Businesses can expect exposure not only at these events, but also throughout the promotional campaign leading up to it. Additionally, a monthly newsletter will be posted on the CWPT S web site, which will provide exposure for your business concurrent with event listings and results. To ensure your corporate identity gets full representation, we need your commitment for participation no later than January 31, Our goal this year, is to have participants from all over Canada and the United Sates come to compete in order to raise the level of play here in Canada. These events provide an opportunity for one title sponsor and several participant sponsors for the championship stop. The Canadian Women s Pool Tour is also an opportunity for sponsors to benefit from media coverage, advertising, overall awards, competitor packages, hotel packages and coverage at the events. As you know athletes and sports figures have been extremely successful in promoting companies and name brands. These events are no exception; these athletes represent hard work, determination and excellence. Female athletes are recognizable, respected and influential. Identifying company name as the title, example Your name CWPT Singles Champion. Posters put up in all billiard halls throughout Canada and U.S. Top line Web site exposure on the CWPT S website. Print promo and coverage that will be in billiard magazines throughout Canada and the United States. Priority positioning of banners at the events (to be supplied by sponsor at least 2 weeks prior to event). 2 Prominent Booth spaces at the events to be set up at the front entrance. Prominent logo on all posters, tour jackets and event banner. Trophies that each competitor receives will be engraved with company title or logo. Invitation to all or any events. One of your representatives is welcome and encouraged to hand out the trophy personally. Recognition at every event and over the web site, as the title sponsor. (Prizes to be supplied by sponsor) Value: $ COMPETITOR S PACKAGE DONATIONS All members that register with Canadian Women s Pool Tour are given a bag of goodies ranging from T-shirts, Billiard products, discounts and coupons from various businesses. Inside are their criteria and rules and regulations for the events. This is the opportunity to put tokens, samples and advertisements that are geared to the competitors. Your business name will be thanked and mentioned at each event. COST: $0.00 Just 100 items = any value per item. In return, your business advertising can go into all competitors packages.

6 ADVERTISEMENT T-SHIRT ADVERTISEMENT All members will receive a free Canadian Women s Pool Tour T-Shirt to celebrate the tours success as well as the athlete s participation and support of the tour. The women have strived through many years of practice and dedication in an effort to compete at a professional level. As such, the T-Shirt is another excellent opportunity for businesses to promote themselves with advertisements being displayed on the back of the shirt. COST: $ BANNER ADVERTISEMENT If you are donating trophy prizes or gifts in the competitor package and would like to display your banner at the events, please deliver banners to Canadian Women s Pool Tour no later than two weeks prior to the event. Your banner will be posted for the whole season and we will return it at the end of the season. It will be prominently displayed at the events where all the competitors will be competing. If you would like CWPT to create a banner or include your logo in our annual tour banner. Please contact us for detail. COST: $ (For each event) Title Sponsor: Who would be the title of the championship event, for example, your name CWPT Championships. This provides maximum exposure throughout the event. Gold Sponsor: Who would be the largest exposed company throughout all advertising. Provides exposure in the media and advertising. Silver Sponsor: Who would be the 2 nd largest exposed company. Provides exposure in media and advertising. Bronze Sponsor: Who would be the 3 rd largest exposed company. Provides inclusion in one of the media partners throughout the promotions towards the event. Corporate Patronage: A half way house between donations and sponsorship, which products and services from your business would make up part of your contribution. Media Sponsors: To provide coverage leading up to the events and all it s components. Charitable Donations: To provide information, coupons, discounts, samples, products, services to the athletes. Golf Shirt Sponsor: To either provide golf shirts and/or clothing contribute to the cost of the printing in exchange for advertising on the clothing. Equipment / Host Sponsor: To provide the use of equipment and/or funds used for the event and to provide a table for distributors to sell products/services to add to the components of the events. Trophy Sponsor: To provide the cost of the trophy and a prize to the athlete in one or more divisions. Banner Sponsor: To showcase your business name front and center for the duration of the event. *All sponsorships are subject to review with the promoter to negotiate contra vs. cash scenarios and advertisement opportunities that are mutually beneficial.
