2 ACCESS TO ALL FROSCH OFFICES/TRAVEL CONSULTANTS AUDIENCE: FROSCH TRAVEL CONSULTANTS REQUIRED ACTION: FROSCH OFFICE MANAGERS DIRECTLY TO SCHEDULE As a Classic Member of the FROSCH Hotel Collection, representatives from your hotel are welcome to visit FROSCH s offices. To schedule a visit, please contact FROSCH Office Managers directly; the link below contains all relevant contact details. Please keep in mind that many of our offices in key markets book appointments 2-3 months in advance on a first-come, first-serve basis. INCLUSION IN THE INTERACTIVE DIGITAL HOTEL DIRECTORY AUDIENCE: FROSCH TRAVEL CONSULTANTS & ALL FROSCH CLIENTS REQUIRED ACTION: NONE The interactive Digital Hotel Directory will feature key descriptions and images of your hotel that have been submitted during the RFP process. The interactive Digital Hotel Directory will be distributed to all FROSCH Travel Consultants and clients. UNLIMITED PROMOTIONS POSTINGS ON FROSCH HOTEL DASHBOARD AUDIENCE: FROSCH TRAVEL CONSULTANTS REQUIRED ACTION: PROMOTIONS TO HOTELS@FROSCH.COM FROSCH launched the Hotel Dashboard in January 2014 to help make booking our Preferred Hotels (i.e., FROSCH, Signature & Loyalty Programs) as easy and seamless for our Travel Consultants as possible. Together with the GDS, the Dashboard serves as a first point of sale for our Travel Consultants to recommend your hotel. Please note that the following promotions were ranked by our Travel Consultants as the most appealing to them and their clients: Free Nights (e.g., Stay 3, Pay for 2), Discounted Rates, Agent Incentives (e.g., increased commission, gift cards), Complimentary Transfers, and F&B/Spa Credits. These promotions have resulted in increased business for our Preferred Hotels. Agent Incentive promotions and any promotions featuring 15% commission or higher will appear on the homepage of the Hotel Dashboard. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:» Promotions can be exclusive to FROSCH, open to Signature, or available to the industry at large.» Promotion submissions should be made through the Submission Guidelines document attached.» Including select images always helps your promotion stand out.» Promotions will remain in place until they expire; the expiration date for each promotion must be noted.» As promotions are ranked chronologically, with the most current ones appearing first, we encourage you to submit regularly to maintain top placement. Please submit any promotions that you wish to be featured in the FROSCH Hotel Dashboard using the Submission Guidelines document (click here to download) to hotels@frosch.com for inclusion. Promotions will be posted within 72 hours of receipt.

For best exposure, we recommend having at least one current promotion featured on the Hotel Dashboard at all times.

9 HOTEL NEWS POSTINGS ON FROSCH INTRANET AUDIENCE: FROSCH TRAVEL CONSULTANTS REQUIRED ACTION: NEWS ITEMS TO As a Classic Member of the FROSCH Hotel Collection, you have the exclusive opportunity to submit your hotel news for inclusion in the FROSCH Hotel News section on our Intranet Home Page. We encourage you to submit any of the following: newsletters, updates, destination tips, event schedules, special events, press releases, information related to management changes, and awards for any industry recognition received. The more information we have to circulate about your property, the greater the familiarity will be within our company. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:» Submissions can be in any of the following formats: Word, PDF, JPG, PNG, or HTML . The report will include total room rights and revenue.
