How to Reserve a Sponsorship Sponsorships are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. 13 Enhance Your Presence with a Commerce Package If you are interested in targeting the commerce customer/prospect base at Ascend, you can be the exclusive sponsor of the Commerce Customer Dinner & Roundtable Package*: Host an exclusive Customer Appreciation Dinner during the conference at the Bardot Restaurant in the Aria Hotel. You will be the sole sponsor, along with, to host commerce customers and prospects. Includes 4 seats for the sponsor. Sessions: Sponsors who have a session with their sponsorship are required to send the title and description within 10 business days of signing the sponsorship agreement so that may review and approve session content. Standing displays are acceptable only if they fit directly behind the table and do not take up a larger footprint than the table itself. Exhibitors are responsible for branding their own table-top.
