Organizing entity: Career Guidance and Alumni Office - King Abdullah II Fund for Development Registration deadline: Thursday, 30 th of March, Booths and advertising spots will be distributed according to registration precedence. Opening: The Job Fair will be under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Labor. For the fifteenth year in a row, and in continuance of Jordan University s approach in organizing job fairs to provide distinguished companies with the chance to meet the University s students and choose candidates for employment or internship, it is our pleasure to invite you to participate in this important event. The University of Jordan has more than 45 thousand students, and it is ranked according to the QS Ranking among the best ( ) universities in the world, the eighth in the Arab world, and the first in Jordan. It has recently achieved a new milestone by advancing to the four-star rank in the QS Stars rating system of the British QS Foundation. The university includes all faculties and specialties, and its graduates have proven their excellence in all fields, locally and abroad ( Details of sponsorship and participation are presented below: The diamond sponsor (5500 USD): The diamond sponsorship benefits include: A 12 m 2 booth with a distinguished design and location (in addition to three sofas and a coffee table). The diamond sponsor s logo will be printed on all fair materials such as posters, brochures, flyers, badges, invitation cards, and the fair handbook) The diamond sponsor s logo will be added to the top of the pyramid on the fair handbook cover. 1

2 The first and second pages of the fair handbook will be dedicated for the diamond sponsor s information and logo. The diamond sponsor s logo will be placed on the fair banner which will be presented at the fair s main entrance. The right to publish advertising information about the sponsor inside the exhibit upon agreement with the Office. Audio reminder of the diamond sponsor during the fair for two consecutive days every hour and on the fair screens. The diamond sponsor s logo shall be presented in the fair s ad on Alrai newspaper. The sponsor s name shall be mentioned in fair s ad on the following radio stations: Jordan University Radio (10 times during the Dommet Ward show and 10 times during the Burj Al Sa ah show); Amen FM (10 times during a morning show and 10 times during an evening show); and on the Public Security Satellite Channel. The sponsor s name will be mentioned on the fair s banners on campus and at main entrances. The sponsor will be offered five roll up screens inside the exhibit and one at the main entrance. The sponsor s logo and background information will be posted on the Office s website and social media pages for one year. Exclusive press and radio interviews will be made with the diamond sponsor. The sponsor will be offered 5 invitation cards. The sponsor will be provided with 20 copies of the fair handbook. The sponsor will be provided with a group of photographs on a CD after the conclusion of the fair. The sponsor will be honored with the Jordan University shield by the fair sponsor. Five lunch meals will be provided daily during the fair. The gold sponsor (4250 USD): The gold sponsorship benefits include: A 10 m 2 booth with a distinguished design and location. The sponsor s logo will be printed on fair materials such as posters, brochures, flyers, invitation cards, and the fair handbook) The pages following the diamond sponsor s pages in the fair handbook will dedicated for the sponsor s information and logo. The gold sponsor s logo will be placed under the pyramid on the fair handbook cover. Audio reminder of the gold sponsor during the fair and on the fair screens for one day. 2

3 The sponsor s name will be mentioned on the following radio stations: Jordan University Radio (10 times during Dommet Ward show and 10 times during Burj Al-Sa ah show). The gold sponsor s logo will be presented in the fair s advertisement in Alrai newspaper. The sponsor s name will be placed in the fair s banners on campus and at main entrances. The sponsor s name will be mentioned on the fairs in smaller size in the banner at the main entrance of the fair. The sponsor s logo and background information will be posted on the Office s website and social media pages for six months. The right to publish advertising information about the sponsor during the fair upon agreement with the Office. The sponsor will be provided with 3 roll-up screens inside the exhibit. The sponsor will be provided with 4 invitation cards. The sponsor will be provided with 15 copies of the fair handbook. The sponsor will be provided with a group of photographs on a CD after the conclusion of the fair. The sponsor will be honored with the Jordan University shield by the fair sponsor. Four daily lunch meals during the fair. The silver sponsor (2800 USD) The silver sponsor benefits include: An 8 m 2 booth with a distinguished design and location. The sponsor s logo will be printed on fair materials such as posters, brochures, and flyers. The pages following the gold sponsor s pages in the fair handbook will be dedicated for the sponsor s information and logo. The sponsor s name or logo will be placed in the fair banners on campus and at main entrances. The silver sponsor s logo will be presented in the fair s advertisement in Alrai newspaper. The right to publish advertising information about the sponsor during the fair upon agreement with the Office. The sponsor will be provided with2 roll-up screens inside the exhibit. The sponsor s logo and background information will be posted on the Office s website and social media pages for three months. The sponsor will be provided with 3 invitation cards. The sponsor will be provided with a group of photographs on a CD after the conclusion of the fair. The sponsor will be honored with the Jordan University shield by the fair sponsor. 3

4 Three daily lunch meals during the fair. The bronze sponsor (1400 USD): The bronze sponsor benefits include: A 6m 2 booth with a distinguished design and location. The sponsor s logo will be printed on fair materials such as posters, brochures, and flyers. The pages following the silver sponsor s pages in the fair handbook will be dedicated for the sponsor s information and logo. The sponsor will be provided with 3 invitation cards. The sponsor s name will be presented on the fair banners on campus and at main entrances. The sponsor s logo and background information will be posted on the Office s website and social media pages for one month. The right to publish advertising information about the sponsor during the fair according to an agreement with the office. The sponsor will be provided with a group of photographs on a CD after the conclusion of the fair. The sponsor will be honored with the Jordan University shield by the fair sponsor. Three daily lunch meals during the fair. Normal Participation (400 USD): A 6m 2 booth equipped with a (a 180*80 table and a tablecloth, two chairs, lighting, electric outlet, and a trash bin). The right to publish advertising information about the participant during the fair according to an agreement with the office. The pages following the sponsors pages in the fair handbook will be dedicated for the participant s information and logo according to reservation precedence. Two daily lunch meals during the fair. 5 Website: Reservation and registration process: 1. Go to our website and call to check for vacant booths. 2. Choose a suitable booth according to the layout attached in page Fill in the sponsorship or participation application according to attachments in pages 6 and Issue a check in the amount of the sponsorship or participation fees within one week of submitting the sponsorship application; otherwise your application will be considered cancel. 5. Fill in the fees payment letter according to the form in page Visit the university to deliver the check to the financial department and receive a receipt for it. 7. Submit the receipt and participation application by hand to the Career Guidance and Alumni Office - King Abdullah II Fund for Development in the Deanship of Student Affairs on second floor. 8. Participants must submit their logo photo (Photoshop /Illustrator) and brief information about the company; such as contact and background information in addition to available vacancies in a Word file to (kafd@ju.edu.jo), and deliver it by hand along with the sponsorship or participation application, or send it scanned to: kafd@ju.edu.jo Attachments: 1.
