2 HOW YOU EARN You can earn points in a number of different categories tied to the growth and development of your business: Sponsoring, Rank Advancement, Leadership Development (Net Gain First Generation and Net Gain Business Group), PGV Growth, and Special Master OV Growth. And the points you earn in the Points Program qualify you for the Dream Trip, Top Achievers Trip, and Recognition. Sponsoring Points The more you sponsor new Members and Distributors and the more you coach them to sponsor the more points you can earn (up to a maximum of 125 points in this category). (Note that to be recognized at a rank of Key Coordinator or higher, you must complete the full three months of maintenance to be appointed to the rank.) 3 Business Leader Development (Net Gain) Points A Net Gain is achieved when the number of Business Leaders in either your First Level or your Business Group (six levels) increases by one over your base. Your base for this qualification period is the highest number of Business Leaders (First Level or Business Group) held in any month during the period July 2013 February 2015 PV month. You earn Net Gain points in the first month a Net Gain is achieved, and additional points as you maintain the Net Gain for three, five, and seven months. Shaklee Cares Points One point for your donation of any of the available Shaklee Cares packs. (US only). A maximum of 10 points may be earned. Shaklee Live Registration Points Distributors attending Shaklee Live 2015 in Cleveland will earn 25 points (per distributorship) by registering for Shaklee Live 2016 while onsite. Special Master Coordinator OV Growth Category Master Coordinators are eligible to earn 20 points for OV Growth in each month in which they meet the following requirements: Paid As title is Master Coordinator, Senior Master Coordinator, or Presidential Master Coordinator Monthly OV exceeds the Base OV. Base OV is the average monthly OV for the period July February 2015 PV month, or 100,000, whichever is greater. Master Maintenance Points 5 points for every month paid as Master Coordinator, Senior Master Coordinator, or Presidential Master Coordinator.

You must be a Paid As Coordinator or higher for at least four consecutive months within the Qualification Period. Once that requirement is met, your Paid As Rank may not fall below Senior Director in any month (except that you may have one Volume Grace Month or waiver) for the remainder of the Qualification Period and all succeeding months through March A maximum of 125 Sponsoring Points may be counted toward trip qualification WHEN YOU QUALIFY FOR ONE OR TWO ADDITIONAL FLIGHTS THOSE GUESTS RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING: Round-trip coach air transportation Ground transportation in Mexico Invitation to all Shaklee-sponsored events in Mexico Free hotel accommodation (Children age 4 and under)* *The hotel rooms are configured for a maximum of two adults and two children (age 17 or younger) or three adults. The qualifier would be responsible for an additional per night hotel fee for anyone 5 years old or older. The room fee is based on age and ranges from $65-$120 per night.

You must accumulate at least 1000 points. You must be a Paid As Executive Coordinator or higher for at least four consecutive months within the Qualification Period. Once that requirement is met, your Paid As Rank may not fall below Senior Coordinator in any month (except that you may have one Volume Grace Month or waiver) for the remainder of the Qualification Period and all succeeding months through May Business Leaders who qualify for the Top Achievers International Trip also qualify to attend the Dream Incentive Trip with two additional flights. You do not have to choose one or the other.

6 ADDITIONAL CATEGORIES SHAKLEE LIVE 2016 RECOGNITION QUALIFICATION PERIOD July 1, 2015 June 30, 2016 Rank Advancement: All new rank achievers who are promoted to their highest appointed rank will receive On Stage Recognition at the Shaklee Live You do not need to have held your new rank for four consecutive months to be recognized at Shaklee Live However, you must be paid as the new rank in the June 2016 PV month. To be recognized at a new rank of Key Coordinator or higher, you must complete the full three months of maintenance and be appointed to the rank and must be paid at that new rank in the June 2016 PV month. Wall of Honor: Wall of Honor recognizes the top 10 Business Leader teams that have the highest cumulative ranking in each of the following categories during the qualification period: Leadership Highest cumulative points earned Growth Greatest percent increase in Organizational Volume Fortune Highest income Sponsoring Top 10 highest combined sponsoring (personal & group sponsoring) Rising Stars Fastest growing new businesses Volume Greatest increase in Personal Group Volume Along with being recognized at Global Conference, we will also highlight our Wall of Honor achievers throughout the year at various Shaklee events.
